Terrible customer service. No refund after 2 hours of purchase, I wanted to exchange to a different size but they didn’t have it and still would not refund me!

Everytime I go into the shops the staff are always inviting and friendly. I would recommend CJ to anyone who is looking to treat themselves or a loved one to some luxury womenswear.

Cordelia James is an independent boutique for ladies which has a good mix of labels.the staff are always extremely helpful and really worth a visit when looking for something special to wear.
