Friendly staff; Fabulous home cooked food.
Planned to come here after a long walk over the Stanhope hills as we have had a few visits here and come especially for the food

Great staff and friendly people, A warm welcome is guaranteed. There are plenty of events through the year including live music so check ahead of your visit.

We came to watch the Sunday football as a group of 4 including 2 babies. The pub was very quiet and we had the pool room and TV to ourselves. Baby change facilities were provided. The staff were lovely and helped us get the buggies in. The food was very good value with great portion sizes albeit a limited choice.
