Unglaubliche liverboard tour mit Bajo Divers

Im Oktober/November 2022 waren wir mit einem befreundetem Paar in Indonesien auf Tauchurlaub. Wir buchten auch vorab bei Anke eine Tauchsafari, welche uns an die besten Tauchspots im Komodo Nationalpark brachte. Wir tauchten in Nord-, Zental- und auch in Südkomodo. Das Boot war einfach, das Essen sehr gut und reichlich. Die Guides vor allem Frank waren einfach amazing. Er kennt alle Riffe bis ins Detail. Tolle Briefings, die Gezeiten wurden immer optimal genutzt. Wir sahen einfach alles was Komodo zu bieten hatte. Das war sicher nicht unsere letzte Tauchreise in Komodo. Wir kommen wieder.

PADI Open Water course- Amazing!

We did our PADI Open Water course, had a great few days. We saw turtles, sharks, manta rays and so many different types of fish and coral. There was only two of us doing the course, so we had lots of time to practice each skill and could go at our own pace, although a couple more people would have enhanced the experience too. Food on board boat was very nice. Communication from Bajo Dive before, during and after course was very good. Would definitely recommend Bajo Dive Club, and diving in this area.. BEAUTIFUL! 🤩

Just amazing

What an amazing experience it was to dive with bajo dive club. We haven't dived in 13 years with my husband and did first the refresh dive with Antonios, just in the shallow water. We did our open water dive course in Thailand and I had bad experience with pressure in my ears, here they made sure I can take it easy and go in my own pace. Day later we went off with the boat for three dives. I loved how patient they were with us and I felt really safe with them. The dive sites were amazing and we got to see turtles, mantas and sharks 💜. The food on the boat was delicious and it was laid back vibe the whole time. Thank you to the whole bajo dive club team. We will for sure come back to you in the years to come.

Great Experience

Right from the stage planning my trip Anke did answer all my questions via email and WhatsApp promptly and clearly. A week before my planned arrival she asked again wether my travel plans where still the same. When I arrved all my gear was allready prepared according to the given sizes. Antonius the dive master from Bajo dive who did dive with me all 9 dives (three days) was a super friendly guide.He made sure that all dives where a relaxing experience. He took a lot of effort into taking photos for me with his gopro. His humor did also contribute very positively to the whole experience. Allthough we dived with.other company boats because at that time there where not many customers with Bajo dive there (rainy season) was no disadvantage with that. All customers on the boats where treated the same way. The local guides from the different companies also know each other. Especially nice was going out with a speed boat on the first day. On two days we saw manta rays which was a great experience. The other day we saw a mobula ray. Of course plenty of other fish, turtles, octopus, sharks and so on. I was really happy with the service Bajo dive provided and can truly recommend it to everyone.

Croisière 4j à Komodo

Nous avons fait une croisière en bateau sur 4j dans le parc national de Komodo.
Nous sommes partis sur un petit bateau typique, nous étions 4, l hébergement était sommaire mais correspondait à nos attentes.
(Seul bémol, une meilleure douche aurait été appréciée), les repas étaient corrects.
Nous avons fait 13 plongées et des visites (parc de komodo, île de Padar)
Les plongées étaient diversifiées et franchement très belles.
Nous avions un dive master (Albert) qui a très bien géré les courants et su nous montrer de très belles choses.
A recommander!

Nous avons fait 2 day trips de 3 plongées. Toutes au top car c'était la nouvelle lune: Siaba Besar, Mawan, Batu Bolong, Crystal Rock, the Cauldron et Tatawa Besar.
Les guides connaissaient bien les spots et étaient très sympa.
La cuisine fraîche à bord du bateau était excellente.

Good diving at an unbeatable price

I did 9 dives across 3 days with Bajo Dive Club, and they were super accommodating to make sure I could go out, despite being their only guest for 2 of the 3 days. They ensured I got to see some of the best dive sites in Komodo National Park and had a great trip.
The price was unbeatable compared with other dive centres around Flores, and at first I was worried that might mean a compromise in quality, but there definitely wasn't!
My dive guide, Akbar, was really great; I was diving with my own equipment for the first time, which he helped me set up and explained what he was doing and how, and he helped me test it out before our first dive, with spares of everything in the boat in case something went wrong. I was really lucky that it was just us for all dives, which obviously made it a much more personalised experience, and as Akbar does reef checks around the park, he explained a lot about the topography and what we were seeing. I hadn't dived with such strong currents before, but he made sure I was ok throughout.
Unfortunately I didn't see any mantas (out of season), but I'll be back to see them and will definitely dive with this team again!

3D/2N awesome Komodo experience

These guys have all the essentials at 5-stars; they know the dive sites and what to expect (we went South when almost no one was there), the boat crew are some of the nicest, accommodating and helpful people I have met, the equipment were all in excellent conditions or get fixed if not, Akbr was an awesome dive-master, the food was plenty, local flavors and delicious, and best for last: the boss, Frank, away from his tremendous diving experience, discipline to time, attention to details and amazing ship leadership, he was listening to all our requests and made them possible. I had an amazing experience in every aspect.

If you are looking for a luxury boat with fancy cabins and hot showers everywhere then remember that Bajo 1 is a bit oldish and could be in a much better shape, but to be honest you also get what you paid for in that sense. I had a slight misunderstanding initially with the team, and everyone was involved to resolve it, I thank them for that.

Thanks guys and probably will see you soon on a trip North.

Great Diving with Bajo Dive Club

I had a great time diving with these guys. The equipment was in good condition, the dive guides are friendly and knowledgeable and the boat was great, nice breakfast on board and a fresh cooked lunch, fantastic, non of that lunch box rubbish.

I would recommend them as I love to atmosphere on the boat, super chilled, as well as the above. If you are lucky you'll meet Sander, the flying dutchman 🙂

Super journée

Très bonne journée de plongée sur 2 spots (le premier sur un récif corallien et le 2ème pour voir des manta et on en voit plus d'une dizaine !)
L'ambiance sur le bateau est super on y mange très très bien (préparé sur place)

L'équipe est super !
En prime une visite de l'île de Rinca et des dragons de Komodo
