Fantastic beach, hardly anyone there in October but still hot sun and warm water. The walk over the hill is not difficult if you wear trainers or similar and are reasonably fit (we're in our 60s, and don't have a problem, takes about 20 minutes). Take water with you and a towel to lie on (no facilities in October). The waves can sometimes be rough, but on other days the sea is perfectly calm and swimming there is just delicious. Clothes are optional.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkda.... You can get there easily with the taxi boat that leaves from the beach of Agios Nikitas.... or with a half-hour trek... we opted for a round trip with the taxi boat at a cost of 4 € each way ... exaggerated cost since the route lasts up to 5 minutes in all.... The sea of Milos is very beautiful... with the classic super celestial characteristic of Lefkada.... Unfortunately the cost of umbrellas is among the most other on the island... we are talking about 40€... Until about 1pm, if you arrive on time, there are large areas in the shade .... near the rock at the bottom.... practically on the opposite side to where the taxi boat arrives. Overall it is a place to see... maybe not the most beautiful on the island.... but at least once you have to go there.

Milos or Mylos beach. It is a long beach and especially very wide beach. It is located behind the rock which is close to the village of Agios Nikitas. Rocks prevented the construction of buildings. So there is a beautiful nature all around. Villas are built on top of the cliff. To access, either take a trail from the village of Agios Nikitas. About twenty minutes walk. Or take the shuttle from the port of agios nikitas. It takes six euros for a one-way ticket. The last shuttle is at nineteen o'clock, just before sunset. There is a small bar and a small section of deckchairs. Otherwise, the beach remains empty. A very nice beach area. A rough sea. A very nice beach. She's worth her rank. The third beach among the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada.

The day we went there was no boat to take us to the beach, so we took the difficult road. A hillside path, where after 20 minutes arriving at the beach you feel like the wanderer who sees an oasis. The best as the fasting man who sees a steak in front of him! The beach is incredible, with clear waters. The only thing that should bother someone is whether they can go there on foot or not

As amazing as the beach itself is you’re much better off going other beaches like Kathisma or Porto Katsiki which are far more accessible. The walk to get to the beach is ridiculously long and massively steep and dusty, alternatively you can get the boat for €4 each way but we weren’t aware of this until after we did the walk. The sun beds are very overpriced ranging from €25- €30 and there’s only one bar on the beach which is also overpriced. You can have a much better experience at other beaches without all this hassle

Reachable by boat from Nikita (starting from 10 am at a cost of 4 euros / cd) every half hour you arrive at this beautiful beach very long and almost all free except for some umbrellas at a cost of 40 euros with 2 deck chairs. The bar sells at a high price and has no toilet (this is a problem). With the calm sea the water is of a unique wonder and clarity and allows you to make beautiful dives. There is an access road from Nikita but I do not recommend it. A beach to see.

Long white beach, turquoise sea. You can get there by boat in 5 minutes from Agios Nikitas paying 4 euros per person each way or by a not very easy path on foot in 20 minutes.

In my opinion the best beach in Lefkada. Clear crystal clear waters without much wave. It is ideal for all ages. The beach is accessible by trail and boat from Agios Nikitas about 5 minutes away. The ticket is 8 euros. Come on. It's partly organized.

Just great.Great beach that is hard to fill.Deep blue waters.I and the child went by boat and my husband preferred the path.My husband is 50 years old with relatively good physical condition and descended the path relatively comfortably.On the return he regretted that he went.After exhausting from the beach and a few places with shade it was difficult to return.Those descending were exhausted.You should definitely go (return with a boat)!!!

Γενικά όχι! Ειδικά από το μεσημέρι κ μετά χρειάζεσαι ομπρέλα οπωσδήποτε! Το ηλιοβασίλεμα πάντως είναι μαγικό! Αξίζει να την επισκεφθείς!

Hi, sorry but I'm not able to give you recommendation about beaches in Milos island. I reviewed Milos beach which is on Lefkada island. It is far away from Milos island. Wish you a nice stay in Milos.

Λοιπόν σήμερα πήραμε το καραβάκι. Φεύγουν συνεχώς το πρωί ανά 20' περίπου από την παραλία του Αγίου Νικήτα στα δεξιά. Κάνει 10' να πάει στην παραλία. Κοστίζει 3€ το άτομο η μονή διαδρομή. Τελευταίο δρομολόγιο από Μύλο στις 7 το απόγευμα. Χωράνε 30 άτομα, οπότε από Άγιο Νικήτα συναντήσαμε ουρά και αναμονή 20' για να μπούμε σε καραβάκι.

Hi, if the children are small, you may go for the east coast beaches in Nidri, Nikiana and Ligia. It`s almost not wavy at all there and the waters are shallow(especially in Ligia). Ligia beach also has a lot of natural shadow from the trees. On top of that we would recommend also Micros Gialos and Dessimi beaches as kid and family-friendly. Have a great time in Lefkada!
