It was a nice market with lots of things to see and to eat. It was certainly popular, with long lineups to get in and crowds. However, it was probably more geared to a younger crowd than us.
Admission was free for seniors and they even made it easy by providing a special senior's entrance. allowing us to skip the long line to get in. A short ride on the Skytrain plus about a 10-minute walk got us there from the Vancouver Fairmont Airport Hotel.
Lynda bought a pair of socks and we had supper there - garlic scallops and cowboy potato on a stick. There were a lot of booths (selling mostly clothing, food and souvenirs).

it’s nice, the atmosphere and the variety of food stands, but the parking and prices for everything is an issue, also paying in cash is very impractical

Very much like the markets in China, lots of items and lots of people. Its kinda like a carnival atmosphere, concerts and lots of lights. Food is very overpriced.

Get the zoom pass! My beef is with parking! you show up early and they make you park way out of the way! if you come late, you get parking right Infront! What with that?
All the food is exotic, i suggest buy small portion so you can try few things. Everything is dam expensive so be ready to fork out a bit of chunk change!

Just spent 32 $ for a family of 3 to look at junk and overpriced food. All goods you’d find at flea market. They only take cash at the food vendors and credit or cash at the the entrance. Complete waste of money-skip the “experience “ which didn’t turn out to be much of one…

Went to original night market when it first started. This is not charming like a community fair. It needs a better event organizer. Layout is horrible. So sad.

So incredibly disappointed 😞. The only positive was my hubby got in for free because he's over 60. We were looking forward to trying out different foods and sampling but NOPE, so over priced and over rated. Absurdly ridiculous pricing. 1 small order of pork belly, little plate of pork fat for $18 bucks. 2 corn dogs for $28. RAW churros for $6 each. Lots of junk vendors all selling the same things. Will not return or recommend. Total disappointment 😞

Total junk, crap food, kids games and rides which is why they wsnt to go. It absolutely sucks. No value for money. Don't waste your time.

Yes it should be fine Friday and Saturday they are open until midnight Sunday until 11:00 pm as for the food i don’t see them running out that early

Big Jim,
It’s a night of waiting in lines. There is plenty of parking but it will take about 15 minutes to be directed to a spot. Then you buy the pass and wait in line. I waited about 5 minutes to get through the express line.
Then you basically walk around and wait for food. It will also get very crowded, so be prepared for longer waits as the evening progresses.

They have people who are selling the at the entrance to the zoom pass line from the parking lot towards the right. So, once you park, look for the sign that says zoom pass, and the you will are volunteers selling them.
There is still a line up but with the pass, it goes faster as you don’t have to line up at the kiosk line where people are buying tickets.
The card has 6 entries, so if you have multiple people in your party, you can have up to 6 people on the same pass. They just punch the card for the number of passes used.

Most of the food stalls and games are cash only due to the crowds and long lines everywhere. However, some of the shop vendors take Visa, MC.

Fri, Sat, Sun: 7:00 pm to 12:00 am PST.
Get there early as the line can be really really, really long. Better to get the Express Pass wait inline but get in quite faster than the regular line. 28 bucks for 6 (6 ppl at one, or revisit until you hit all 6 times).
