Ребята, мы посетили этот объект в начале апреля 2023. В принципе, все нормально для стандартного объекта этой сети. Удивительно, что ресторан работает только по выходным и артефактов очень мало.

Had a fun and lucky time at the Hard Rock Casino Poker Tournament this morning , the room more mordant clean airy , Tournament only on Saturday and $150 to buy in sad to say since they re -open from the Pandemic , it is nothing compared to the crowds that used to visit , now the whole Casino scaled down every thing , before people enthusiasts The Buffet on the week end less over half hours wait , now still not open and the only main dining is The Asylum , but only open on Thursday to Sunday with limited hours and food choices , the Food Court's food average , but the worst one is Fu Express and the service and food very mediocre , my Wonton inside just luck warm , I an very friendly told the staff about it , she look at me like What a big Deale ! never again , personal speaking , the Casino Floor Staff and security very friendly and polite , and very spacious and clean , lot of newest slot machines , washroom well stocked with paper towels and hand wash lot of parking , not a bad place to visit for few hours , avoid The Wonton ! wheelchair accessible and I miss the Theatre most !

É um cassino com temática rock, não tem um restaurante do Hard Rock, são pequenos fast-food (comida chinesa, hambúrguer e taco).. A loja não tem quase nada, pouquíssimas opções e ainda assim tamanhos limitados.. Não era o padrão Hard Rock que já vi em outros países! O cassino em si é bom!

Had been a longtime customer here till they shutdown the poker room. Glad to see it back. Very nice room. The know against it is they still have the same angry staff that forget they are in the customer service business. A lot of very angry and miserable staff that make the experience there hard to enjoy most visits.

saw Gordon Lightfoot on Satuday, worst concert experience ever. long line to get in and the show started while there was still a long line waiting to get in. then for the next half hour people were going up and down the isle looking for their seat. Just when everyone was seated and I could enjoy the show. A staff member was running up and down the stairs yelling at people to put their phone away. EVERYONE had their phone out! That what people do, I asked the staff member please stop running up and down the stairs yelling at people, she was very rude and just yelled at I am doing my job.

The concert venue at the hard rock casino in Coquitlam is the worst I have ever been to in my life (I've been to lots of concerts). I recently went to see the Mexican rock band Molotov at this, so called venue, I was in line for a beer when the band started to play, I looked towards the stage and didn't see anything, I thought maybe they were just playing recorded music to get the crowd going. After getting my beer and walking closer to the stage I realized the stage is lower than the general admission floor, it's about 4-5 steps down and on the same level as the platinum seats, which only make up about 10 percent of the seats. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen, the stage sitting lower than the main floor, I'm tall and I could kind of see over the people on the railing and DOWN to the stage. This is truly the dumbest setup for concerts I have ever encountered, people in the back of the general admission floor deserve to see the stage as well, not just the priveleged few. I will never buy tickets for this venue again!

This place is a dump!
The WorseCasino in the World. we ve been to casinos in the Caribbean, Asia, All over UnitedStates including Skagit, Tulalip, Famous Rama in Orillia Ontario, Niagara Falls USA and Sheraton, Buffalo NY, Regina Sask, Manila Philippines and the Casino on and off the Strip.
This Hard Rock in Coquitlam Canada lacks waitresses, super bad service, extremely bad overpriced Buffet. This place takes only one thing in mind in profits, your money with no value in return.
This place needs to be permanently shut down now October 2021!
if they have any future show venues, do the community a favour and go somewhere else.
*if you really need to see a third rated show like Andrew Clay, bring in your own drinks and tv dinner.
all honesty no one from the city goes to this place, Sadly Fraser Valley lacks real genuine entertainment, a hangout for white local drinkers and girls that need a place to go to, to get dressed up and used an excuse to get out from their boring housebound-husbands.

There is more than just slot machines here, they also have a mini club for dancing with live bands that rock! their food was delicious, the staff were friendly and there is an outside area for smokers, the drink prices were a little pricey but I think it is worth it, I would go back just for their club, and food forget the slot machines as I didnt win anyways

Eu nunca tinha ido a um cassino, e achei a experiência muito divertida! É um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, se estiver hospedado em downtown vai ter que pegar 2 ônibus + metrô pra chegar lá, mas vale a pena se vc curtir o ambiente Hard Rock e quiser ter uma experiência diferente. Dentro existem vários restaurantes, tem um que vc paga só um valor e pode comer e beber à vontade, infelizmente eu não lembro os detalhes, mas lá dentro é fácil conseguir essa informação. Além disso, no dia eu perdi um óculos Ray Ban no restaurante e eles foram muito educados e solícitos em guardar pra mim e me devolver quando eu voltei lá. Achei toda a experiência incrível, me diverti demais! É bom ficar atento que eles exigem a apresentação do passaporte na entrada, e para consumir bebida alcoólica também. Minha única ressalva vai pra lojinha de camisetas e itens tradicionais do Hard Rock que tem pouquíssima variedade desses artigos, outros Hard Rock que já visitei possuíam tantas opções que ficava até difícil decidir...

Is it worth going to? I'm not a gambler but I like hard rock and the memorabilia and the shop but is this more of just a casino? Plus we are in downtown Vancouver it seems far out.

I was very disappointed in the Vancouver Hard Rock. I’ve to to HRC all over the world and I must say it was my least favorite. They have been having labor disputes and you need to go past all the picketers just to get in. There is no shop....if you want a pin they will unlock a couple of folding doors with a minimal about of memorabilia for sale. The casino looked fine, but not our cup of tea. It was on our way into Vancouver so we stopped to grab a pin, but if we weren’t passing by I would not have made a trip from Vancouver to come here.

These other reviews are right. It's a ways out from downtown Vancouver. We'd stayed in Langley and about 25 mins from the casino which was quick in that traffic, definitely worth it for an evening of fun.

Recommend that you go check out the casino's website, as they can give you options on where to stay. If you use Skytrain, it seems Braid street station has a shuttle bus that can be used.
What are the gift shop hours? I will be passing by between 8 and 9am and would like to stop by and get a glass and tshirt. Thanks...

I am sorry, I did not visit the gift shop! I would have answered your enquiry sooner; except that I was at the Rideau Carleton Raceway and Casino last night for a free Buffet. At the end of September, our Ottawa casino would become a Hard Rock Casino with Hotel as well.
Unfortunately, I am unable to answer your simple question. I am so sorry!

Take the Coquitlam Exit off the Port Mann Bridge from Surrey, then use the United Blvd. Exit to reach the casino. It is very easy to find. If you are coming through New Westminster, take the United Blvd. Exit off of Lougheed Hwy.
