This is an intelligent, erudite and interesting mall. It is suitable for shopping, snacking and indoor walks in winter. It has been recently refurbished and, arguably, older reviews should be reconsidered for that reason. The main food court offers something for all tastes, and specialty bakeries (Asian, Danish) are hidden away deeper in the mall. Parking is more than adequate, and the ambiance is jovial.

This Richmond Hill mall has an excellent collection of shops, eateries, and cafes. I bought clothing, primarily those offered with Boxing Day discounts. However, everything I desired at Lululemon was not on sale, so I had to pay full price.

Hillcrest is quite close to where we now live, we have always found staff in all shops very friendly and courteous, we have never had a bad experience there? No

The mall has been updated but no upscale stores of any kind...good mall for the suburbs. Needs a better selection of stores.

I remember when this mall had Zellers. It was a nice size mall that was not too small and not too big. I don't want another Yorkdale or Fairview mall type because then the larking lot becomes insane. The Bay has changed, there is no children's dept or toy dept. Dollarama is gone. One great thing is, it has a dentistry.

I usually do not head to this mall. It was severely lacking in stores. However, over many months of construction, some “bigger” store names have been added in. With more coming soon. Once all construction is completed, it will still be a small mall, but at least it will be one that no longer looks like it should be shut down.

There is only 1 washroom, and 1 family washroom!! The mall has gone through a major redevelopment, but there is still only 1 mall washroom?!?!?
If you can FIND it, there is one in the Bay and the upper level(offices....)

Hi JJFergie, thank you for leaving a review. We have a public bathroom located on our main level with a family bathroom, a nursing room, and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. We also have a bathroom on our second floor in the professional offices. As you mentioned, there is a bathroom inside Hudson's Bay, however there are also bathrooms located in Indigo, Marshalls/Homesense, and Sporting Life. We look forward to having you back at Hillcrest to visit our new retailers!

리치먼드 힐 일대에선 가장 근사한 몰입니다. 물론 이튼센터나 욕데일 수준은 아니지만, 무엇보다 영스트릿에 위치해있기도 하고, 웬만한 건 다 있는 몰.

This mall is decent. It has Hudson Bay, Shoppers drug mart, Sporting Life and Sportchek. The food court is very small and there is no Tim Hortons store. There is a blood donor clinic. They have free wifi and offer free charging stations for electric cars. The food at the food court is very expensive. There is some renovations going on and there will be extra stores like Old Navy.

Hi Mary! We have a wide range of baby clothes. Some of our retailers that sell baby clothes include Okaidi, Gap Kids, H&M, West Coast Kids, Old Navy, Kiddie Kobbler (shoes), The Children's Place, and Marshalls.
