Loved Ziplining. My husband and 13 year old grandson and I loved it but my grandaughter was too scared to try it.
I was hoping they'd have the junior zipline operating and that way she could go on that one, but it wasn't operating yet for the season.

I went tubing with family and friends yesterday. There were 9 of us.
Booked our tickets online, no discount for age groups. Tickets go fast for times on the weekend, so be sure that the person that is booking knows that everyone in your group is good with the date and time.
We also signed our waivers onlline before getting there, so getting our tickets were not a problem. My niece was the only one who had to show ID when picking up all of our tickets.
We grabbed our tubes and away we went. We decided to walk up the slope as the conveyor belt was too crowded. Once we were up there we found a run that wasn't too busy. There are 6 runs and there are signs to tell you how many can go down, ranging from 3-6 people at a time!
Here is the one problem....they need more workers at the top of each run to make it run faster and more smoothly. There were too many people waiting for only 2 young men who had to run from run to run to send you down.
The runs are short, but safe.
We went to St. Mary's for tubing last year and it was cheaper and the young people who worked there were very talkative and worked hard.

I took my Granddaughter today to the tube park. I am 65 and she is 14. We both had a blast. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. We will be back!

I went to Chicopee Tube Park on New Year's day (January 1st). We have our nephew from Brazil visiting us and we hadn't taken the kids snow tubing in 6 years, so the whole family went.
We did the 2-hour package (which was enough for us, we got tired after a while). It's too bad they don't offer a family package. It ended up costing us CAN 175.00 (ouch) for 2 adults, 4 kids (2 of them paid as adults) and the rental of one locker and one helmet.
We did 4 trips in the 2 hours (with a 20 minute break for water and washroom use) although we were told when buying the tickets we could do around 8 trips.
The place was very full when we arrived (1:15 PM) and left (at 3:15 PM).
We chose this place for the proximity from home (40 minutes) as well as due to the fact they have a ramp that can take you upstairs on the hill. That was very good after the first trip :)
The tubes go very fast, the weather helped (sunny day, around zero degrees, not windy). I hope to go back there more often.
Two recommendations for the owners:
- get more cashiers for busy days, only 2 available when we were there, a big line.
- get more people working upstairs to speed things up. They had one person looking after 2 or 3 lanes, which slowed things down.
I would recommend this place though and hope to go back more often.

I found the place was easy to get to. It is clean and the people working there are nice. There is free wifi and you can bring your own food in or buy from them. My kids and I enjoyed the long zipline. We bought the Soar and Explore package from Wagjag. It was cheap. Around $50 for 4 of us. Make sure you book online once you purchase it from Wagjag. One thing I had difficulty was trying to book it without charging credit card again. What I did was enter the promotion code as 2019 and it let me through and book the time I wanted. The weird thing is that it doesn't open on Saturday's. Most people are off on that day and they don't open on that day. They must have lost lots of business because of this. Other events such tubing, bungy trampoline, and rope walk were fun for us.

Overall I’d say it was a fun way to spend a part of a morning or afternoon. The zip line was great, the kids loved it. The tube slide was an absolute bust. The rope climbing equipment was great for a little bit of time. The bouncing trapeze was fun but a long wait because after zip lining this is where everyone goes. I would say they either have to increase available activities or reduce the price and make the zip line a little more price available. This is a once a summer place to visit.

Great way to spend a few hours in the snow. A two hour time span gets you about 6-8 slides down the hill. That's if you walk back up the slope. Take the belt and you may only get 5-6 trips. Of course we went during March break so there were lots of families as day camps. Overall fun time. Quick adrenaline rush! Children under 12 require a helmet which can be rented.

I have been to several tubing parks and ski resorts in Colorado, and I'm not comparing the quality of them with this one. I am just unsure why this place has any stars. The manager was friendly, and trying to help with the chaos, but would I go back? Hell No. First, we waited in line for over an hour. I understand it's a long weekend, so why not have 2 or 3 or 4 people selling tickets? Then, the poor boy up in the hill trying to orchestrate everyone not going down at the same time was about 14 years old, and even though he tried, it's impossible for him alone to take care of 4-5 lanes of tubing. It was very cold and he was not wearing sweater, so this is almost child abuse.
Then, the food time comes, guess what, the lady told us we have to wait to order because they are backed up. No kidding, they were packed and not prepared for that. I paid $6 for a hotdog after waiting 40 minutes in line, when really they should have given it for free after all the waiting. I am not sure who is the owner or manager but I would LOVE to take this place that has potential and reorganize it into a real accommodating venue for families. It was hell. All I did for 3 hours was wait in line. We paid $22 for a child to go down the slide 3 times in 2 hours. How is that NOT a rip off?
I tell you, maybe in low season this place works but my experience yesterday on family day weekend was one to forget, I wish they had common sense and close the place down early to be able to offer a pleasant experience to everyone.

Attended Chicopee Tube park January 2019, it was extremely disorganized & expensive.
It's run by unqualified students. It's extremely understaffed. Wait time(s) at the top of the hill were approximately 20-35mins. In the two hours, my family and I went down the hill twice. That's without any breaks. Not worth the money, drive or your time.

I honestly don’t recall. There is a height and weight requirement for the Zip line. The kids we took ranged in age from 7-12. Check their website perhaps!

There are not lift or tow rope. They have a motorized carpet type of an escalator that will help you get up the hill. Beside the carpet escalator, there is also a hill were you can climb/walk up the hill which could be faster to the top of the hill than the carpet escalator.
