Comfortable local cinema located in the mall - upstairs. It just might be the same person who sells you a ticket that sells you popcorn and takes your ticket into the theatre. It's all good.

We live just outside of Cobourg and love going to the movies.
The new owners of this Theater have done a great job of making it even better.
It's clean, nice seats, great sound.
The snacks and popcorn is always good.
The price is reasonable and you almost never have to worry about not getting a seat.
It is a wonderful small town Theater that we hope is around for a long, long time.

We can be blessed by the fact that the Rainbow Cinemas chain have taken over the previously closed cinema in the local mall and the movies are first run and reasonably price. The down side though is that the theatres could use some updating! They are working on improving the washrooms (just in time) but overall the cinemas themselves need some freshening up! The last two times (different theatres) I have visited the cinemas had a strong smell of a horse barn - well I know this is a rural environment but that is really a bit much and more than somewhat off putting when trying to munch on popcorn before the start of the attraction.
Overall I am very glad to see this resource maintained but look forward to further improvements.
