We were there for the Tonye Aganaba concert. The seating was great and it was a real treat for them to have so much room to both get ready and perform. Well thought out space.

入り口をはいると、中の壁にこの絵がかかっていますが、他には特に何もありません。小さなカフェ、劇場、教室がいくつか並んでいます。公園の中にあるため、トイレを利用するために入りました。時期によってはイベントも行っているようです。

I have been taking my children to this arts center for 12 years, for dance, painting, clay works, music among other classes. It’s fantastic, the teachers are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The Center also offers great entertainment and has a good coffee shop with a friendly service.

Many activities, ballet classes, musical lessons, art classes, theatre shows, Christmas craft shows, Rhododendrum show. Burnaby Artists Guild have 2- 3-day art shows each year with many talented painting. The grounds are ideal for walking, picnics, long walkways around the lake, so much tosee

It is an inspiring place for those who want to sign up for visual arts classes, pottery or music and dance classes. Just meet a friend for lunch and then enjoy a nature filled walk around the lake or the Ceperley gardens. The Burnaby art gallery is a 5 minute walk away and the heritage village also. The Shadbolt theatre offers many interesting venues for theatre and they are affordable with parking being free and accessible.

When the Arts Club Theatre is on tour, I often go. If you buy early, you may get one of the $29. seats.
Another favourite is the Community Jazz Jams, often the last Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm. It's hosted by a well known Vancouver musician, Corey Weeds. Being early in the evening enables school kids to perform alongside traveling professionals sometimes. Since its free, you can bring preschoolers as long as they are well behaved. There is a bar. It's well attended.
Also there is often free Lunch Music Concerts with a $12 buffet that you can bring into the theatre. air conditioning. check the website.

No, it's free, but it's primarily a teaching facility, so don't expect something comparable to an art gallery. For that, you'd be better to go to the Burnaby Art Gallery, which is next door to the Shadbolt Centre in Deer Lake Park. Takes less than a minute to walk from one to the other. Admission to the art gallery is by donation. It, too, is small. Suggest you check them out online to see whose work is on display.
