Eine Unternehmer Familie einmal historisch näher kennen zu lernen ist immer eine Bereicherung. Bruno Paul, der Innenarchitekt, war mir bereits durch die eigene Familie bekannt. Seine Arbeiten im Faberschloss waren mir allerdings unbekannt. Die wunderschön erhaltenen Räume und Böden, ein Traum. Das Treppenhaus im Art Deko Dekor, gigantisch.

It was a Thursday (Jan 9th), Me and my family visites the Faber-Castell Castle in Stein, and it was an incredible experience. The tour guide was one of the highlights: extremely kind, with a contagious smile (a very pleasant surprise in Germany), and she clearly mastered the subject. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but her dedication made the visit even more special.
We had the chance to explore two floors of the castle, filled with fascinating stories and details about the family and the iconic Faber-Castell brand. It was particularly interesting to learn about the family’s journey, starting with a couple who used to make only 3 to 4 pencils per day and turned it into a global empire. Their story of growth and dedication was truly inspiring.
The only downside was that taking photos inside was not allowed, which would have been wonderful to capture the visual memories. Even so, the tour is so engaging that I highly recommend it to everyone. Even without photographic records, the experience is unforgettable!

The tour was very well done and the guide knew very well.
Unfortunately, no production was active in several process steps, but this was not bad, as the production steps were still displayed on a video screen in the department.

We enjoyed the visit, which we found interesting and educational. Good combination of a little history, explanation of production while touring the facilities, and information about the company and its products.

We participated in the Erlebnistour showcasing manufacturing pencils. It was very educational. The tour guide was nice and we received a free pencil. The length of the tour was approximately 1 1/2 hours. I wish I had had more time to also visit the castle and the historic manufacturing facility.

We have been received stately for a special guided tour in the evening. Visiting the marble staircase, the ballroom and the living rooms with the toilets was an experience. Guide Tom has guided us great! Everyone liked it excellently and we will purchase the book about Ottilie. Thank you very much!

Very interesting as an insight into production. Especially for the child. Unfortunately, the information is very poor. But in everything worth seeing and also recommended.

The experience was incredible. Who guided us was Marta, super attentive and kind. We love to know the Castle and the history of Faber Castell.

The production management was great!
However, we had to book a guided tour in English (3 days before), otherwise we would have to wait over a week for a free appointment. Not so suitable for children in a foreign language, of course.
Conclusion: too little to offer in terms of guided tours.

来月ファーバーカステル城に行く予定です。
ファーバーカステルの工場見学はガイドツアーを予約しようと思っていますが、ファーバーカステル城の見学や博物館は
ガイドツアーの予約をしなくても、現地で入場料を支払って見学はできるのでしょうか。
