Fabulous cocktails (we tried 4 between us ...3 of which were frozen ... think gelato and sorbet!)
Very helpful and knowledgeable barman...great music playing
Lacked atmosphere as we were the only customers at 445pm on Sunday.... we then went onto the Cosy Club to eat where, at the same time, their cocktails were £11.95 for 2. Maybe that explains how quiet Brozen was. But glad we visited ... very enjoyable if a bit gimmicky.

Great experience from start to finish. The drinks were fantastic, the staff similarly so. Took the time to share information and ensure we as customers were well looked after.

A cool fun vibrant place with unique ice cream cocktails to offer. Great service, good indie music and a chilled vibe. Would recommend.

This is different. Frozen cocktails. Machines with liquid Nitrogen creating a range of delicious and unusual dishes. They look like ice creams or maybe desserts, but are very alcoholic.
Noisy and cramped with uncomfortable seating - no problem!! If you are in St Nicholas, then put this on your list!
PS not cheap, but worth a go, you will enjoy

Visiting our daughter during Christmas, we were bought here for something different, especially as we had our 7 year old grandson with us. He said it was the best place to have an ice cream, made to order while he watched. The adults had a variety of cocktails, including Pina Colada which was like eating a sorbet - a very delicious one - and the men had whisky cocktails. Very welcoming and friendly staff, a unique place and a unique experience! It is very tiny but can get in at a squeeze!

We love this place. Friendly, cosy with the most wonderful cocktails. The staff are welcoming and clearly care about crafting special drinks and ices with attention to detail and knowledge of ingredients and flavours.

What an incredible bar! My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place on our anniversary, we both run bars and were astonished by the menu (from layout to content), the staffs knowledge and professionalism, and the incredible drinks this concluded in! New favourite bar in Bristol! Ellie and Simon were both superstars! Cannot recommend enough!

Best frozen cocktails here. Friendly staff and well made strong drinks.
Maybe a little pricey but there is no place like this anywhere else.

Favourite cocktail bar in Bristol. Amazing, unique cocktails, staff lovely. Always bring family and friends visiting us here. Great atmosphere.
