The climbing centre was superb. It was very well run, with excellent focus on safety. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready if any one needed a helping hand. Our grandson really enjoyed himself and loved the challenges each climbing wall offered.
We were very impressed from start to finish.

Straight forward on line booking and friendly welcome. 90 minutes but to be honest 30 minute for a safety briefing then waiting for the last 5 minutes to get the hour; this seems new from last few visits. I know the argument is numbers and Health and safety but rather drawn out I feel. My daughter enjoyed herself as always and that's what it's all about. No one at café area when finished and had to wait before asking if it was closed. Staff had disappeared but someone from the main desk served us so and apologised. So good fun for daughter but at £17 for an hour, not certain it feeling of less value for money.

After visiting once with my two children on my own, and feeling fairly overwhelmed, my girls wanted to go back so badly. We used the Little Rockers first thing in the morning and I brought my husband so I wasn't outnumbered. It was so good, we all enjoyed the quieter space for smaller children to enjoy (siblings are welcome, so I came with an age 4 and 7). Staff were very helpful.

We went as a family with 3 kids with a big age range: 5 to 13. They all loved it! The staff were lovely, the information was helpful, and a good time was had by all. I also took part as the adult, and had fun.

It was a rainy day so we needed an indoor activity for my 7 yr old daughter. We had not been to Clip n Climb Cambridge before however have done other climbing wall type activities.
Online booking was easy, and I would say essential to make sure you get in. Prices were fair for the activity. There are added extras you can "bolt on", but they do not take away the fun if you do not do them. Completing the online waver was quick and easy. We booked for 1 adult and 1 child.
It's easy to find though parking is limited. Staff were friendly throughout our visit. There is a small cafe stall downstairs and more seating for observers upstairs.
You are allocated a coloured wristband and when called forward you go to a briefing room to get your harness and safety brief. This is pretty standard stuff. You also get the opportunity to practice with the rope connection device. This can be a little tricky for younger children but staff are always on hand to help.
Adults can go in at the staff discretion as non-climbers to support their children. As there are a limited number of slots it never felt busy during our time. There was always a wall free.
Walls varied in difficulty with plenty easy enough for children and some very challenging even for the adults. We felt safe throughout and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was very tiring.
Definitely a worthwhile family activity.

We brought our granddaughters aged 7 and 10 and they had a great time. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the safety briefing was clear and done well. Grandad enjoyed having a go too!

This place is amazing. My grandson loves it there. He has been twice now and he is increasing in confidence and aiming to get a bit higher each time on new walls. I am very impressed with how the staff really help the children and the safety aspects.

Really great climbing session for my 7 and 11 year old. Plenty of variety for them both. My 7 year old had never been climbing before and he really enjoyed it. Great variety of challenge for my 11 year old who has climbed before.
