Taste It Experience. 5 Stars ⭐️

Fantastic hour long ‘Taste It’ experience. Hosted by a young lad who was excellent - held our interest throughout.
I Really interesting potted history of gin, together with tasting of 4 gins. Shame a taster of the £3000 Japanese ‘vapour gin’ wasn’t included!!
Highly recommended 👍👏

Gin Tasting Fun,Professional and Informative

Festive Mix It at Cambridge Gin

We went to Cambridge Gin Lab for a Christmas cocktail making class called the Festive Mix It class. The venue was sparkling with light and the signature Cambridge Blue elements were inviting us in. We thought the layout of the lab space in the back room was so creative. It is cosy but feels scientific at the same time. The whole interior of the space is beautiful and it’s located in the middle of Green Street. This is a quaint and cobbled street in the centre of Cambridge.

We had a charming host who had everything organised for a fun evening. We were greeted with a tray of Santa margaritas and made three cocktails including the stunning Christmas pudding martini. We carefully made the cinnamon rim and stirred up the delicious homemade syrup with Cambridge gin. We even had a few fun Christmas quiz questions to answer between making and sipping our drinks. We would highly recommend this experience to do with your favourite people.

Mix It Class with Matt

We did the Mix It experience. Matt was a great teacher, we learned a lot on the history and taste of gin. The twist on on the drinks was a great experience to figure out what tastes fit better with out taste buds.

Gin and Genius, Matthew shows us how to Mix It!

The Mix It Experience at Cambridge Gin Lab was worth every penny. Our host, Matthew, expressed clear passion and knowledge for the history and art of gin making. We felt settled in no time and had a fantastic afternoon of learning, tasting, and laughing.

The Mix-it class was a very spontaneous idea, and what an idea it was! Matthew did a fantastic job presenting and hosting us at the lab. We had a blast while hearing interesting stories, trying many different gins, and mixing our cocktails. 10/10. I would recommend it to any friend group. Thanks again, Matthew!

Great way to spend an evening

We had a fab evening at the Cambridge Gin Lab for our Make it class. Max was a great host and we really enjoyed the relaxed but informative talk on gin and trying out making our own gin’s! Perfect for a uni friends reunion in Cambridge along with some punting and afternoon tea!

superb fun

6 old friends from uni did a "make it" experience. Great fun. learn a lot from Matt, who led the session. Several of us were sufficiently impressed with the gin recipes that we produced, that we purchased the bottle.
