The Bank is great - a tiny pub with friendly owners and great ales. Shame it's not got a beer garden or more space to accommodate families in the village.

Great little pub. Fabulous selection of ales and a lovely warm atmosphere.
The chatter of the locals is great...no loud music interrupting casual conversation.
Chris and Linda the owners are both engaging and inviting. I'll be back!!

Visited last weekend with friends . Like drinking in someone’s front room .knowledgeable staff and good range of beers . Quiet enough to allow chatting

This is a how a pub should be. No music, food or fruit machines - just great beer and a really welcoming atmosphere. I also know for a fact the landlord goes out of his way to source great beer and is extremely fussy about what he serves to his customers. Couldn't recommend it more!

What an amazing little pub. If people want to see what a pub of a hundred years ago looked like this is the place to go. Landlord very friendly.

What a find! A real pub offering excellent beers, warm & welcoming atmosphere and a knowledgeable landlord. None of the usual, unnecessary clutter to be found in modern pubs. Unmissable.

We found this micropub by accident but are glad we did. A good selection of beers from the UK and elsewhere plus a limited stock wines and spirits served by a pleasantly jovial host.

What a great place. We visited early on a Friday evening and it was already packed with people - with a lively and friendly atmosphere - and we felt right at home straight away. Love the simple decor with just the one room. I usually like a bit of music, but this was great without, just the sound of people chatting, laughing and having a good time. No food, no music, no telly - perfect. Being visiting wurzels from the West Country a few more cider options would have been welcomed by one of the party, but I was on the wine and it was yummy. A bit too yummy as it turned out ...
