Thanks very much for the review and your feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed the room and apologise if your post game experience wasn't up to scratch. We have worked hard on our pre and post game experiences which are usually well received. It's usually me that hosts Heaven & Hell so I apologise if I wasn't as enthusiastic as I should have been. If it was the first game of the day and I was without coffee, I may not have been particularly exuberant. As a small family business, I do pretty much everything, including hosting. Unfortunately social interaction isn't my strong point. I am better at other aspects of the business and if we could afford it, would most certainly employ hosts that are better than me!
