Made a booking for a Tuesday, received booking confirmation through email. A few days later received a phone call stating they are cancelling my booking because they are only open from Thursday to Sunday. There is no evidence of these “new” opening times and I check their TikTok, Google, Instagram and Facebook. It’s a real shame as I was coming from far, I was really looking forward to it, for a birthday celebration.

A very badly run business.
The Manchester venue hasn't heard of the #MeToo movement - so seedy!
The Chester venue has had to close because it was so poorly managed.
Steer clear.

Fun little cocktail bar in the Rows. We particularly liked the fact that you could book tables and that the bar staff were happy to provide off-menu suggestions.

Please stay clear of the lono cove at Manchester. They cancelled our booking without telling us why. wont pick up the phone and won’t reply to our messages.

Visited here with a friend recently whilst on a trip to Chester and it was great. There were a wide range of cocktails at reasonable prices and all the staff were lovely. The music was good, would definitely go again.

Lovely little place!! Small and cosy vibes all round here. Several booths and a small bar, but people weee just up dancing (at 7pm !!) when we were there. Very friendly and lots of fun

This cocktail bar is located very close to the hotel we were staying in, so we called in for a drink after dinner. It has a very nice interior and a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed a cocktail but my partner was disappointed as there was very little beer choice. The staff were friendly, it was a good end to our evening.

Not much else to say. Quality drinks. Great atmosphere. Good vibes. I go here at EVERY opportunity - no night out in Chester is complete without visiting Lono Cove. Well done guys, couldn’t recommend enough.

Amazing cocktails and extremely helpful staff!
The staff couldn’t do enough for us, ensuring we were ok, moved us around if a table was reserved and also tried to secure a booking for next door!
The cocktails were delicious, our favourite was the lina colada and flamingo tears!
Will definitely return on our next time in Chester!
