Richard we loved having you and Fletcher join us again. It's great to see the progression you are both making iwith your bodyboarding. Congratulation on winning the Science Bodyboard as the rider that progressed the most during the weekend! Now time to buy a new board for Fletcher! We look forward to catching more waves with you soon!

What a weekend was had in the Newquay bodyboard coaching weekend! Great coaching staff and Damien, Jacob and Warwick made it super fun and kept the froth levels high all weekend. The whole experience was fantastic and I can't wait to join them on another weekend. Thankyou to all at Bodyboard Holidays 🤙

An absolutely amazing coaching weekend, the instructors were brilliant and it was great having them giving out tips whilst we were in the water. The photos and video analysis were so helpful in pointing out errors and how to rectify them. I would highly recommend attending one of these weekends if you want to improve your riding, they’re so good I’m attending another one to help take my riding to the next level.

I am a really novice boarder but thought it’d be fun to learn in a group of women. It was a great holiday. North Cornwall is an iconic place to learn and the surf staff were friendly and approachable- Rob and Iain were so enthusiastic and great teachers. I’d highly recommend it!

An amazing week starting out on my bodyboard journey. The instructors are at the top of their game but super patient and encouraging, and use their skills to explain technique as well as ensure a great time in the water. Lovely, supportive and encouraging group of women, who have been a privilege to get to know. I’ll be back!

I went on the Secret Morocco trip a few days ago and initially I was a little wary when I booked it as it was a solo trip.
This soon disappeared however as straight away I was made to feel welcome and part of the team.
The trip itself is well structured and in such an amazing place. Amazing people, amazing food, literal empty line ups.
Mave is a great coach with advice and tips which are easily to apply to your riding. I can 100% say my riding improved.
Definitely book if you're thinking about it.

Completely blown away by the whole Bodyboard Holidays set-up and overall business ethos….. I laughed, I cried (happy tears), I learnt soooooo much and I’ve booked onto another coaching weekend straight away.
What an absolute privilege to be coached by a talented team, who clearly excel at their sport and love working together to share their passion with others.
I’m very happy in the water (as a canoeist and open water swimmer) but with virtually no bodyboarding experience and being Neurodivergent, I was quite apprehensive - I had absolutely no need to worry.
First off, the booking process and pre-course info was spot on, I spoke to people over the phone and all my questions were answered. Really importantly for me, I felt safe (emotionally and physically) both before & during the weekend and the team are still answering my questions now!
I progressed so much further than I thought I could, which was all down to the quality of instruction I received and the supportive feedback from the coaching team and the rest of the people on the weekend.
The video analysis sessions were hugely valuable for me – not only could I see really clearly what I was doing (in relation to what I thought I was doing!) and how I could improve, I could also compare myself to much more experienced folks gave me tangible goals for the future.
Huge thanks to Rob, Damian, Warrick, Alex and Matt as well as everyone else involved in Bodyboard Holidays – the whole weekend was a delight, I loved the fun we had and the joy it brought and I can’t wait for the next one.

Incredible week bodyboarding in Portugal. If you love riding waves then this trip is a must. The accommodations were luxurious, the coaches Joao and Mave are fantastic. The waves in southern Portugal are consistent. This was my 5th trip with Bodyboard Holidays. Just do it. You will have a blast!

I started the weekend full of anticipation as I am still quite new to bodyboarding and wanted to learn a lot. My high expectations were not only met, but even exceeded! The trip from Berlin to Newquay was definitely worth it.
A key to the success of this weekend was the great team of trainers consisting of Damian, Matt and James. You not only chose the perfect beaches for optimal waves, but also gave me the right tips in the water. Your motivation helped me to step out of my comfort zone. The subsequent analysis of the videos and pictures gave me an enormous learning effect.
For anyone who wants to professionally improve their bodyboarding skills in good company or those who want to start bodyboarding, "Bodyboarding Holidays" is the perfect choice. You are in the very best hands here. I now understand why many customers keep coming back - I will definitely come back too! A big thank you again for a wonderful weekend! In my opinion, an absolute recommendation!

just looking for a recommendation. ive been to Portugal and Morocco on bodyboarding trips, but now want to go to either Bali or central America. in your opinion which destinations for you have been extra special. im not really a party boy, just looking for a mellow time and great waves...
