This is one of the best RNLI centres/shops I have come across. As a member I always pop into lifeboat stations and their shops. This one has a rib and kit for kids to try on and have a great time. Shop really well stocked and staffed by two really helpful staff. Support a good cause, visit and spend some money. The RNLI is 200 years old this year!

Lovely little stop off in Dartmouth. Volunteer run. Very friendly staff in the shop. Great selection of maritime inspired gifts.

We always try and stop by the RNLI shops to show our support, this has to be one of the best we have been to, it’s obviously got the standard shop but the visitors centre part is great, telling stories of local lifeboat rescues aswell as the cut down former lifeboat that children can play on, and the dress up corner just adds to the experience. Our two year old daughter had a great time dressing up as a lifeboat crew and loved playing in the lifeboat pretending to be the captain! A really good idea whoever thought this up.
As ever the staff and volunteers where friendly and informative, and the shop was well stocked.

Net zoals in vee andere kustplaatsen wordt ook in Dartmouth informatie gegeven over het vele goede week van door vrijwilligers over de Engelse Reddingsdienst op zee. Het is bewonderenswaardig welke heldendaden ook in deze omgeving door de ‘Redders’ zijn verricht. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Donaties zijn zeer welkom.

A very small facility but worth a visit. Informative video running and an RNLI inflatable to explore. Very friendly staff.

Friendly people, interesting displays including a hands on screen - dressing an RNLI volunteer - see if you can do it in under 2 mins. There is also a boat which you can sit in. Great fun! Support this wonderful charity!

This is a great place to visit to learn about the incredible work that you RNLI do which is so much more than I knew about. They also sell some lovely things in the shop. We had a warm welcome from the male volunteer who was very happy to share information about their work. The only downside was the lady behind the till who was a little miserable and could have been more friendly.

We took in a visit top the RNLI visitor centre which we really enjoyed, without this lifeboat facility many lives would be lost at sea - we can recommend a visit and a donation to the RNLI.

My husband and I popped in for a look round on a recent visit to Dartmouth, They sell some nice things. Staff were friendly.
