This place smelt like a squirrels armpit and is totally nuts, I certainly buried mine away when I visited the toilets, the stench made my tail turn into a bog brush and it was badly needed, within minutes my day was a complete nightmare so I think for this reason, I am out...

Unfortunately it won't let me give 0 stars, otherwise I would. Awful place. Manager actually shouted in my face!
We called 2 hours prior to visiting to explain we'd be travelling 40 minutes to the venue with 2 autistic children, therefore could we book. Manager said no, but there was space so we'd be fine.
We arrived to be told they're full!! Spoke to the manager I'd spoken to on the phone (I use the term manager very loosely!) he said he wouldn't have guaranteed we could come in, denied speaking to me on the phone and gradually got louder and louder to the point I had to say to him, stop shouting at me because I'm not shouting at you!!
He then banged his hand on the counter, threw his arms in the air and said I'm full you can't come in and walked off!!
Perfect example how not to run a sucessful business and a sure way to send 2 autistic children into meltdown!
What an absolute s**t show!
We're now sat in I play just round the corner, who even though they were fully booked, understood our situation and accommodated us regardless. Thankyou I play!
Bear feet I hope you go bust!! This should be achieved relatively soon if our experience is anything to go by!

I came here on the 3rd of April 2023 to find out that they were shut there were no signs on their website when I typed into Google if they were open it said they were so we drove all the way down I then had to tell my 4-year-old daughter once we got there that she couldn't go and play because they were in fact shut no signs on the door or nothing I have never had very good experiences with this particular bearfeet and this just tops off. I won't ever be coming back!

I only rated 1 cause I couldn’t rate it any lower ! We had a birthday party for my daughter (6) who has additional needs she had almost 30 children come to her party it took some guests 20 mins to even get in as staff were short ! The place stunk of grease and tables were filthy ! Party was 2-4 we were told older children would be able to get food but they then closed the kitchen at 3 ! They bought out our ‘food’ at 3.10 they served food for 30 children in tiny bowls brown bread jam sandwiches which clearly had been out a while , a few sausages cut up a couple small plastic bowls (not even cereal size) of sausage rolls and crisps , the lady that bought out the food had very poor personal hygiene and the ‘chef’ not much better , one parent witnessed the woman wipe her nose into her hand then out bowls on the tables ! She then started asking people to start leaving at 3.30 party was due to finish at 4 , then at 3.45 they turned the lights for the soft play off ! Which resulted in screaming , crying children and parents frantically searching for children with their phone torches 4 of which have additional need and 1 non verbal child who took hours to calm down ! When we went to leave I voiced my concerns and was shrugged at by the chef . Who then proceeded to tell me make sure you pay balance before you leave ! Then tried charging extra ! We didn’t receive ice pops as we were told we would or the sweet tub for birthday child . I called the following day to speak to the owner and after 6 hours he finally called me back claiming that I was difficult they supplied ample food all fresh etc etc … said he could see on cctv the ice pops were taken into the room I asked him if I could see that he refused I asked if ice pops had been put in the room at least 1 child would of come out eating one (little ones smell them a Mile off ) but not one child had one and not 1 parent saw them going in ! When I said about the lights he couldn’t care less ! I was never after a refund just what was promised and when I said about leaving this review I was in so many words told to never come back to bear feet if I left a bad review ! Well I have left one and by the way if you had a party here and they didn’t deliver go back to your bank as you paid for goods and services that you didn’t receive and they will put in a dispute ! I did and I won ! It was never about the money it’s the principle! Just goes to show an apology goes along way ! And had they just apologised I wouldn’t be writing this ! I hope that this place that used to be a great place to take children doesn’t stay open much longer and if it does maybe the management and owners take a look at how customer who have been loyal for many years are treated ! If you want a great party go to planet play much better the Bear Feet they go above and beyond and food is amazing !

Had birthday party for 6year old boy for 14 children on 23 December, buffet if you could call it could be eaten by 5-6 children, I gone to ask is thats all food got answer yes, so we even didn't got desert which was included in party bundle, birthday boy didn't got anything, not talking about other children. Very dissapointed, emailed complain to try find compromise as all happens, but still no answer, so be very carefull not worth the money if you want something nice. Find other soft play who is looking after customers...

Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make my little girl have a good birthday. Kids had a great few hours

What a great place to spend a couple of hours. My 4 year old Grandaughter loved it, burnt off energy & made friends and all at such a sensible price. We didn't eat but the food looked good too.

The play area is not too bad, and my toddler son did have quite a bit of fun, but the place was extremely filthy. The toys were dirty with old food, the bears at the tables looked like they were not washed for at least a year, and there were loads of dirt and dust around. It's very disappointing that it is in such a state, and I will definitely not take my family there again until the cleanliness improves. It's a shame the place is being run down like this.
