Really lovely little place hidden in the arches. Really nice going back in time & seeing how things were back then.

Crazy mirrors and old slots

Worth popping in for the crazy mirrors - as you walk along the seafront this is find just by the old Victorian carousel. There are some vintage slot machines - no money to be won, but interesting to see how people used to be entertained.

This small museum brought back a lot of memories for myself and my friends. Remembering all the old penny slot machines you can play them for 10p or 20p. A nice array of machines as well as the crazy mirror wall at the back. Always worth a laugh

We walked up and down the Kings Road looking for this and it’s no longer there. Ended up in a toy museum in town that had a couple of disappointing slot machines instead

Klein en gratis museum maar zeker de moeite waard om binnen te lopen!

Leuke ouderwetse spelletjes die je voor 5 / 10 / 20 Pence kunt doen. Niks spannends, wel leuk voor even! Lig wat verstopt tussen andere winkeltjes en een (ook al zo klein) visserij museum, direct aan de zee. Als je in de buurt bent zeker even binnenlopen!

I love it here! I found it accidentally while out with a friend trying to do a "tourist" day on the beach - rediscovering the pier, carousel etc. Having lived in Brighton for 10 years before this I'd probably walked past so many times! What a hidden gem. I love all things vintage, antique and robotics and am so pleased that someone has taken the time and love to curate this little collection. Thank you, whoever you are!

Such a fun place to spend a couple of quid, on such great amusements machines from days gone by. The click and chink as the machine catches your 10p and 20p, and the ballbearings roll along the bottom waiting for a flick of the wrist and hey presto another go -all before your very eyes. A far cry from the noisey modern amusements further up the road.Such a joy to be here, and kept entertained for nearly an hour. Wonderful.
