This is a pleasant statute that is well positioned on the seafront near to the BA 360 attraction. It’s got a calming sense to it.

Make an effort to walk along to this part of the promenade, 5 minutes west of the i360. The statue itself is a lovely centre piece for a photo, especially at sunset. It is on the cycle path along the seafront, but make sure you don't just go straight past it. It is also near the beautifully restored band stand, another iconic photo opportunity, along with the skeleton of the West Pier, all in the same area. You will find lots of benches to sit and eat your ice cream and you are never far way from a cup of tea or coffee.

I like this western edge of Brighton, it’s quieter and I can understand why this statue sits on the front here.
As a statue it’s fairly impressive and worth a visit both to see and to have a look at Hove if you’re staying in Brighton. In fact I may well stay in Hove next time I come down.
