An incredibly relaxing environment with great facilities. The hot tubs are always my favourite, no luke warm nonsense, a lovely 40degs. Food available too. Bring a book and relex for a few hours.

My boyfriend & I attended with a male friend. The spa had no issue witylh 3 of us we'd feared. The staff were attentive not at all invasive of our privacy. The facilities were high quality the place is hygienic well managed
In the coffee lounge a couple offered to help us get the most out of a rest atra.. The wife did not remove her towel & assured me it was within the rules for me to do so. I relaxing & became aroused being in company of 3 men.Advice from the couple we returned to our hotel the couple joined us admitting they'd voyeuristic predilections in privacy of our room indulged in safe practices which remain in Las Vegas if you visit Nevada I enjoyed a stimulating visit to BGHS due to its sophisticated clientele we made good friends
The husbands of which helped me enjoy extra gratification, his wife present throughout. We wouldnt have met such tolerant people, had we not attended BGHS stimulus i enjoyed being naked in clinically clean envirens added to excitement I enjoyed back at our hotel. We'll return to Brighton this autumn, & visit BGHS.I hope we meet people who enjoy a balanced lifestyle, without impinging on others, not of libertine views.

We attended as a couple midweek just after opening. There was only a handful of people there so the atmosphere was very relaxed. The wet area is perfect plenty of saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs available and the pool is great. Brave the cold shower after a sauna it really is an amazing experience.
Upstairs the sun deck was great in this heatwave we’re having but we couldn’t stay long as we didn’t have sun cream.
There is a library and Tv room but we didn’t use these.
We did use the rest rooms to chill out whilst we dried off. We did find there were a fair few guys just walking backwards and forwards around this level looking for fun and the type of flooring was quite noisy with bare feet sticking to it but we just ignored them and there weren’t any issues. We heard a few oo’s and ah’s while we were in there but it didn’t bother us.
While we were there there were only 2 female customers and a handful of males. Most were respectful. 1 or 2 seemed to lurk a bit or kept walking past where we were, just doing laps of the small wet area but not to the point we felt uncomfortable or felt we needed to speak to staff.
When we were there everyone was very modest, wearing towels from 1 place to another so it’s nothing to be concerned about having to walk around fully naked all the time if your are a bit shy.
Staff are wonderful very friendly, there’s some bad reviews about the owner, we had no issues. From visiting it’s easy to see that some people will push the boundaries and become inappropriate so troublemakers being dealt with robustly isn’t a bad thing otherwise this spa can become very seedy very quickly.
This was our first experience of a naturist spa. If you’re nervous about going, don’t be.
Once you’ve dropped the towel for the first time you really won’t give a care, there’s all shapes, sizes and ages so you’ll fit right in.
The only thing we would have liked is a clock or timer in the saunas and steam room. As nice as it is to lose track of time relaxing it would have been nice to time how long we had been in each location and from a safety element rather than just leaving when it was too hot.
We would recommend and will be back again sometime

Dirty dingy dogging club. Jimmy Savil and Gary Glitter would be right at home here. Dirty men clearly staring at my lady's crutch and breast. And rubbing himself. We moved and said not interested only to be followed by another and two more.. the owner does have a very aggressive defensive bad attitude sowe didn't feel comfortable to say anything, Seems she protects the predictors and hates those eho complain about being harassed no doubt thinking woman are just fodder for her perverse regular clients. WE won't dream of returning. .very sad place.

Hi, that`s an interesting review !? who are you? Are you sure your reviewing the right place? The owner does have an aggressive attitude towards rule breakers and people who do not respect the business or the fabulous people that visit us. Anyone who actually visits BGHS will know how ridiculous your claims are .... to suggest I protect predators is bordering on criminal libel. Hopefully people will read this and make their own conclusions based on your language syntax, subtext and the review being written 5 months after your supposed visit. The review is so bad and dramatic its almost laughable......... I'm very happy to hear "WE wont dream of returning".............. I just wish I knew who you were so I could get more excited I'm not going to see you again... if we have ever met in the first place??

There is no on street parking unless you have a permit so we had to use a pay and display on another street. The receptionist was friendly and informative which was helpful. I did need the toilet straight away and was informed I had to undress first but that’s understandable. I did struggle to fit the towel around me but I did find out you can bring a towel from home which is better. I wish there were some signposts to see where everything was but the virtual tour does help to a point.
The swimming pool was smaller than expected but the perfect size and just the right temperature. The sauna and steam room were great (although I’m not a fan of heat and didn’t stay in for long). The hot tubs were smaller than expected but cosy for the two of us and just the right heat. There are signs at each area which are helpful and informative so a great idea. There are multiple showers dotted out which are convenient. The jacuzzi was good although the 15 minute timer was annoying but easily managed. I did encounter a gentleman with wandering hands but when I alerted the receptionist she was very professional and took his description and I’m so glad I felt heard! The lounge area was relaxing and reasonably priced. The rest rooms upstairs were an excellent idea and we certainly took advantage of that! Overall, the experience was enjoyable and we will definitely be back :)

My wife and I really like BGHS. It offers a relaxing evening with other like minded naturists. Saturday and Sunday evening it is couples evening from 5.30pm so your wife does not get pestered by other men or women. There is a nice lounge where you can relax and have a soft drink and snack. Later, there is a relaxation area where couples can enjoy each others' intimate company. Really enjoyable and fun.

Revisited Bristol Gardens after 6 months with the wife. It's a lovely relaxing place with superb spa facilities. The weather was good so the outside veranda is a good place to be in the open air and it is secluded so no prying eyes. Sam was wonderful as usual and thanks for welcoming us back. Single people are allowed in until 1700 and they were very respectful. We look forward to coming back later in the summer.

We attended as a couple, spur of the moment and full of nerves. The reviews on here are mixed so I wasn’t sure what to expect so I’ll be completely honest with mine.
Staff- lovely, friendly, informative and professional! We spoke to at least three different members of staff and I can’t praise their attitude enough.
Spa facilities - clean, tranquil and good variety. Hot tubs (some just for 2 people so you don’t have to share if you feel uncomfortable), jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and my favourite- cool pool. All really nice (didn’t use steam room to be fair, not my thing).
There are areas to relax (not to be confused with rest rooms, which I will come to) which are comfy and inviting.
We went on a Wednesday evening so it wasn’t too busy, more male than female. But as a woman I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable at any point. I’d probably feel uncomfortable as a solo visitor or maybe not in time :-) but not because anyone gave me reason to feel that way.
Obviously there are some reviews that talk about the other side of this spa. So, I was curious about the rest rooms and after chatting to a guy (very polite) he gave us a tour. If you are uncomfortable with anything more than PG13 you will probably want to give this a miss lol. There are lockable rooms for couples to erm ‘rest’ together and larger rooms for really tired groups of people to have a lovely nap together if they wish.
Being there on a weekday evening there weren’t too many tired people.
Importantly this area is through a door and you don’t have to go through it if you don’t want to. This is the ONLY area where people can be amorous. You can absolutely go to this lovely spa and just enjoy the facilities downstairs without feeling anything but blissful relaxation.
I have only been the once, so I can’t say what it is like on other evenings, but I will definitely be back. It was liberating, relaxing and the facilities are definitely worth a visit.

Always enjoy coming to Bristol Gardens. It's always spotlessly clean and the staff make sure all the facilities are working correctly. I particulalry like the steam room and the cold pool.

If your a single lady then just make sure your up for men that want to look at your beautiful body & May want more & if that’s what you want then great. But if not I would say go on couples nights on Saturday & Sunday evenings
Hi, I am looking at visiting the end of May. It would be from around 12.00 - 3.00 on a Saturday afternoon.
Would these times be busy? As I enjoy the part about chatting and getting to know people which would be a little hard if the place was empty.

Me and my wife are going tonight (Sunday) but have far to travel and would like to know if others will be there because it seems pointless if it’s going to be empty, so my question is that... how busy dose it get on a Sunday?

you are not allowed to wear costumes, this is a naturist venue but they do supply towels.

This looks like a gorgeous spa, I have been looking for a regular source of R+R in the city. I am just a little confused as why one has to be naked? is this some kind of 'hook up' spa and I am being terribly naive?

You should try it, I was nervous but the reason I went was the looking forward to the freedom of being naked. Nobody will bother you unduly but if it does happen, it will be dealt with. After a while you will feel good, exhilarated and relaxed. Treated correctly, saunas, steam rooms, cool pools and jacuzzis are excellent for the body. Feeling sexy is not a crime either.

There seem to be some conflicting answers posted here. So, to clarify:
Towels may be taken into the saunas, in fact you'll need to unless, you have skin like asbestos! But you'll take it in there with the intention of sitting/laying on it.
No towels to be worn or taken into the steam rooms; spa bath; jacuzzi; hot tubs; plunge pool or; showers.
Towels optional on the sun-deck or in the solarium.
Best not to wear one in the tanning room! ;-) For a massage, wear one going in and out but in between, you'll be part-covered during your treatment ('naughty bits' will be covered up).
Cafe, T.V. lounge and library it's generally towels however, no-one minds if you swap your towel in full view . . . it is a naturist facility, after all. Being naked here is not a novelty so, you won't need to feel uncomfortable - I know that's easy to say for someone used to it but you'll be surprised how quickly it feels natural to be naked.
