We booked a bread-making class and then made an enquiry about the possibility of changing dates. Finally we did not need to rearrange it but still we were "taken off the list" without notification. When we were on our way we were informed that the course was not taking place as it had been cancelled (without us being informed).
Finally I asked for a refund which has been denied to me despite I did not cancel anything or receive any confirmation of any cancelation. This is unbelievable.. Such a poor customer service..

As we have said on all the other sites that you and your partner have left bad reviews, we can't hold spaces for you in case you turn up. Emailing us the day before a class to say that finally you were able to attend now and didn't need to change it, unfortunately was not enough notice for us as i explained. If you hadn't turned up you would have said, well we did tell you we wanted to change dates.... You understood our predicament on the phone and said you would re-book. Only when we couldn't issue a refund, as stated on your booking reference you unfortunately, decided to call it "bad customer service" and threaten bad reviews. Shame really as we are usually quite flexible.

We booked a bread making course with them (110 pounds). Everything seemed ok until the last minute when they called us (we were almost entering the bakery) and said that the course was no longer taking place. We asked for a refund or being able to change the course. They told us to look at the courses they were offering and sign up for it. As we didn't find anything appealing we asked for a refund again, this time ``Hanna´´ decided not to give us our money back. I don't think a business should treat their customers like that and should as well try to find a solution.

A three hour course to learn to make French Macarons. A great experience and was nice that there was only two of us on this particular course, could of had six, which I'm not sure may of been a little squashed around the table. Anyhow, Hannah our instructor, was very helpful, for me especially as never made any form of meringues. Would defiantly book another course in the future.

Brilliant course. Good teacher, made everything clear and explained the reasons behind certain techniques. Very yummy macaroons!

Went here with 4 friends for the afternoon tea bakery course. We had so much fun and learnt to bake at the same time. Clare the lady running the course was friendly and helpful - she allowed us novices to experiment whilst the more 'experienced' in our group stuck to their preferred methods. We had tea and tasted our baking half way through which gave us time to sit and chat. We made and iced Victoria sponge, scones and cookie dough. Clare was happy to take group photos for us. We will definitely return to experience other courses they offer - highly recommend!

Gift voucher present to make Macaroons. Excellent course and my results were incredible. Highly recommend this company and will certainly return.

The course I did on Thursday night was fantastic and that the teacher was excellent. Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a collection of sprinkles to die for. The cup cakes looked beautiful and I went home feeling like I had learned loads of tips that I’ll use in the future. I received this as a gift and it was great - extended my birthday and gave me 3 hours out of busy family life to do something just for me.

booked this class for my daughters 13th birthday for some mummy & daughter time, we had a wonderful afternoon being creative and having fun , so relaxing , the hardest part was choosing toppings
we travelled down on the train from london for the day especially to visit , and it was well worth the trip
we felt very spoiled with time, attention and endless options and things to play with
thank you so much for making Angel's birthday great xx

We did a cupcake decorating class here for my hen do. We all really enjoyed ourselves and they were very accommodating, evening providing gluten free cupcakes for one member of the party. Would definitely recommend.
