Georgia couldn’t of made me feel more welcome or more pampered yesterday, my nails are beautiful! I am grateful for that hour of calm and peace in a world that currently makes me feel anything but!

I have been coming here for several years for a range of different treatments and every time I am warmly greeted by a member of staff, enjoy the fizz and always leave feeling rejuvenated. Today my facial treatment with Jess was outstanding in every way. Her highly professional, yet welcoming manner, ensured I felt relaxed from the outset, her skilful massage and delightful products lifted my spirits on a dull January day. Thank you so much, Val.

I've been vising Earl's & Co for a couple of years and the staff really are the best, all very professional and knowledgeable whilst also making you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cheltenham, highly recommend!

I’ve been to Earl’s many times. The experience is always enjoyable and I always feel well looked after and pampered. However, they really need to up their game with regards to time keeping. There was a time a while back when I was running 10 minutes late and I called to advise them, and was told if I was any later than 10 minutes, my appointment would be cancelled. I understood completely, as this would have had a knock on effect for all other appointments. It would seem though, that either their own timekeeping or this particular rule has gone down the pan recently. It’s usual to wait at least 10 minutes (past the appointment time) and there is never ever an apology. That makes it worse. For my last appointment here, the girl doing my nails hadn’t even started on the person she had before me when I got there....and I was on time for my slot. I was therefore waiting 30 minutes for my appointment. Do they not think their customers’ time is important? This is so unprofessional and infuriating. They get everything else right but the timekeeping and apparent lack of acknowledgement of it is appalling and really puts me off going again.

Could of had a worse experience if I had tried.
First time I visited to book an appointment I stood and waited in the reception for nearly 25 minutes and still nobody came, so I left.
I then tried to book online but the system was working so i called, after the 8 time of calling someone actually answered. I booked an appointment which they made on the wrong date, I admit I didn't check the confirmation email as the girl seemed competent (obviously not). So I turned up for my appointment the day of the rugby world cup final. To yet again wait in reception for 20mins. The barber then came to see me even though he was with a customer. We then established that I had been booked in on the following week by the girl who takes the bookings.
After this mess up I decided to email and ask for a refund to which I kept getting told no but could rearrange for another time, however this was not an option as I no longer trusted this businesses ethics and want to spend the money at a more worthy establishment.
After emails between myself and a young lady she passed it on to the owner Jessica, who although very begrudgingly agreed to give a refund provided the person who bought the original voucher emailed her.
This was done but then Jessica went back on her word and said no refund will be given. Not only this but she told lies about the way things had happened and even bad mouthed me to the person who bought my voucher.
All in all this business is run terribly, no receptionists, no compassion, no care for anything. Cant see it lasting too much longer with the standards it has.
From me it's a never visit!
There are far better and cheaper places in Cheltenham.

Earl's continues to be the best place in Cheltenham for nails. Earlier in the week Ohla did a brilliant job on my hands and feet; it was her second day and I was impressed how all the staff worked together as a team to support her. I popped in today to ask if I could have another coat on one nail which had chipped and she repaired it beautifully, touching up the others too. Little things like these touches and awareness to customer service make this place a cut above the rest. Thank you all.

Jessica Earl worked miracles on my knotty back muscles and lymph nodes in my neck. She really worked hard on the problem areas and it was one of the best treatments I’ve had. I felt a real benefit straightaway. Thank you so much.

Visited for the first time today and had a gents cut done by Sam. Super friendly staff nice atmosphere and a great haircut. Having Recently moved to Cheltenham I have found where I will be getting my haircut from now on.
