Hello Aurora, Yes, we did withdraw our service to you after you repeatedly booked, then cancelled taxis, even after us explaining to you that as a small company, this repeated action causes substantial inconvenience and financial loss. This wasnt a one off - this was at least the twelfth time youd done this, so i kindly and respectfully asked you to please only reserve a car if it was a definite booking, but you still went ahead and cancelled, again. We politely withdrew our service, as we have every right to do. It is interesting that this happened weeks ago, yet you HAVE been given taxis since then, most notably to collect you from Swindon, said nothing during these journeys to the owner of the company OR the drivers, yet you left this review three days ago. Thanks for your feedback. However, it was NOT Reliance Taxis that you used. The only person answering calls on the Monday night was the owner and the only driver that could possibly have picked you up on Tuesday morning was, again, the owner. As for 'normal practice', yes, its extremely commonplace for people to request, and for companies to book, taxis right up until hours before a wedding. If you'd care to take a look at either our website or our Google listing, you will see over 40 reviews from extremely satisfied customers, none of which would have been in receipt of the sloppy handling you describe; its simply not how we operate. I would suggest you go back to the person who drove you and enquire about the name and details of their employer. Somebody, somewhere along the line is extremely confused and/or mistaken.
