I had an energy healing session with Jason at You Massage. Firstly, the set up was great, very spacious and Jason made sure I was completely comfortable. Jason has a very calming and reassurance presence and I felt very safe and comfortable, not having had an energy healing before. I did not know what to expect but Jason explained everything in detail and what the session will entail. I felt very calm throughout the session and felt the areas Jason was working on in my body without him touching them, only energetically. I was able to talk about the sensations that arised throughout and at the end of the session, Jason explained what he felt and provided me with very valuable tools to continue the energetic work myself. I will definitely return!

Amazing deep tissue massage from Laura today. She was so lovely and really managed to release the tension from my shoulders. Highly recommended!

Have have been going to Chris for a couple of years. I have long term issues with muscles, spine etc. He is excellent. I couldn't move my shoulder, had back issues. Chris has helped me to maintain a good quality of life. Chris gets to know your problems and works hard to help his clients. I'd be in a lot of pain with Chris's help.

Brilliant sports massage from Tim. I’m coming back from a running injury and my legs felt great after the massage. Will definitely be back!

Always great service. The staff are friendly and skilled. Tim is a great osteopath, Will does great massage, I recommend Daisy’s facials too.

After years of tension and pain in my shoulders and neck, Will at YOU massage has made me feel so much better! The deep tissue massage coupled with the exercises Will set for me has made such a difference. I cannot reccomend enough !

I had a deep tissue massage with Tom, as expected from a visit to YOU I had a great experience and left much more relaxed and comfortable. Would always reccomend visiting YOU for a guaranteed good experience as it can be hard to know where to go for a massage or other treatments. Every time I've gone it's been professional and I've felt I could trust the practitioner with their knowledge and experience.

Had a pretty bad back injury from snowboarding (not to mention desk job and years of gym and golf) so decided to see Chris. In just 2 sessions it feels so much better! Highly recommend

I just had the most relaxing and effective hot stones and Deep tissue treatment. Genuinely the best massage I have ever had. Laura is amazing!! 100% recommend and will be getting that again soon 🥰
