I booked for a table of 11 friends for my birthday, the booking process was very straight forward and Sammi who helped with my booking was extremely friendly and helpful, I couldn’t fault her!
Unfortunately the experience we had at the venue was very disappointing. We had the table booked for 20:30pm and were left waiting in a very small corridor for 20 minutes.
Once we were seated we asked for a mixture of vodka and rum cocktails and had to wait 40 minutes to be served our first drink which was actually a tequila based cocktail (not what we asked for).
When we were served this drink we immediately ordered our next round of rum based cocktails which took a further 40 minutes to be served meaning we have 30 minutes left on our booking.
2 drinks in an hour and a half was not the experience we were expecting and will not be visiting the venue again.
If you are going as a table of 2, maybe you would get drinks served faster but if you’re a big party I would not recommend it.
The staff clearly cannot accommodate this volume and I feel this should be advertised before paying such a large deposit.

Wow, wow,wow. We had such an amazing date night here. Our host/ mixologist Diego was single handedly running the show and at no point did we feel forgotten about or like we were waiting we just had a pleasant atmosphere and relaxed environment for conversation. His creations with the cocktails were delicious and blew our minds what he could create, a genuine talent behind the bar!!

The first time I came here it was amazing the best cocktails I’ve ever had this time was so disappointing. The cocktails were dreadful the worst cocktails I’ve ever had. The overall experience was a let down.

Atmosphere was brilliant. All of the cocktails that were made were amazing. Everything they made exceeded our expectation. There were so many ingredients, that you could not think of, that really worked. Very chilled, evening. We went on well past our 2 hours. Not rushed at all. Great time. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, really good mix and selection of cocktails tailored to what you want. My only suggestion would to bring a larger variety of alcohol. We only had 2 spirits between us and regret that. Would have nice to have had a wider mix

At first i was very sceptical as at £25 each and you have to bring your own alcohol I thought outrageously priced.
When we arrived we were greeted politely and taken to a secret room and seated then explained that our alcohol is all racked and we can choose five cocktails and two shots and using our alcohol and their ingredients they will mix us whatever we want.
Being adventurous we allowed Emma the opportunity to unleash fury with the gin and she didn’t let us down giving us a culinary and visual masterpiece which we hadn’t tried before
We then had three more cocktails and through r tree asking to James and Emma it was clear they are very competitive so put them both to the test and had a cocktail off
Emma produced a masterpiece involving smoke and James gave us a milkshake style cocktail ,James took the honours with this . We used gin ,rum ,Malibu ,peach schnapps and vodka and finally we had two shots once again agreed to have the same one but made differently by the two of them and again james took top honours
We were here two hours leaving ever so slightly tipsy and had an amazing time all thanks to Emma and James teaching us and talking us through their cocktails and having the infamous cocktail off.
Would it be good again ? Hell yes this was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back armed with more obscure types of alcohol and to also push these guys to their limits.
Thank you James and Emma you gave us a wonderful evening and you are a credit to what you do

Bring and mix never fails to amaze! We returned to bring and mix, to bring a visiting friend, and the wizardry of the mixologist team is next level!
The cherry based cocktails which were created for us blew out minds! I love that you can bring all the bits of alcohol you have at home and have no idea what to do with, and ta-dah a delicious cocktail is created!
Literally can't fault anything! We will be back!

Fantastic speakeasy for a very reasonable price, super friendly staff who are very talented in making incredible cocktails. Very chilled atmosphere!

Absolutely perfect for our date night! This place offers something unique and fun. From the moment you walk up to the door, the fun begins! We couldn't have asked better hosts, and as for the drinks.... Insanely good! With an relaxed and chilled atmosphere and vibe, low noise and classy decor it is the perfect place for us and we will be back!

Do you have to bring sealed bottles of alcohol or can you bring open/ the ends of bottles?

Do u have to pay for a booking? Was thinking of going there on the 7 April as a few of us are going out for. Meal . So it would be after 9 am

Hi Kelly,
You'll need to make a reservation on their website and will require a deposit to secure your place. If you'll be booking for more than 4 guests then you'll have to email Bring & Mix so they can book you in manually.
The final amount is then payable on the night when you're there.

You can typically expect a minimum of 4 cocktails during a 2-hour Bring & Mix session. It very much depends on your group and the rate at which you drink our yummy cocktails! 🙂

Hi,
Lakaz Maman is very close by and is a highly rated restaurant in Southampton.
If you’re happy to walk a bit further away, there is a whole selection of brand new restaurants at West Quay shopping centre, including Cosmo, Casa Brasil, The Real Greek, Franco Mancas (very tasty sourdough pizza). There are loads to choose from.

It's great for both and we have lots of couples and small groups visit on a regular basis :)
We do manage noise levels and being the speakeasy that we are, we do ask guests to 'speak easy'!
