Hi, As we are a working distillery we do not allow dogs on our tours. However, we are lucky to be located in a beautiful part of the country and a number of footpaths cross our land. You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours and give the pooch a walk but you would need to have someone to look after him if you intend to spend one hour touring the distillery.

Hi Curious, We offer 18 different tour slots each week and operate every day except Mondays. Please look at our website where you can browse our calendar and book your spaces. As others have suggested, our Saturday tours are often sold out around a month in advance. Hope we can welcome you to the distillery soon. Cheers!

Hi, The distillery is around 5 miles from Hereford centre and we are not on a bus route. Many of our visitors arrive in Hereford by train and then use either Rank Taxi's or Hi Line, both charge around £17 each way for the journey to the distillery. As IslaGirl mentioned the family also own Verzon House Hotel and they offer transport to the distillery as part of their Gold and Platinum packages.

Hi, Good to hear that you are planning a special trip to the distillery. There are a number of great hotels in the area including our own Verzon House Hotel, although maximum occupancy is 15. Try visitherefordshire website to view other local options and there are a number of large AirB&B in the area who might be able to accommodate your party. While I wouldn't take the dog inside for the tour, she was fine in the car for an hour and a half and there was plenty of room for her to run around just before and just after.

Good to see this question that was posted 10 months ago still has yet to be answered by the company... Opening hours (according to Google) are 0900-1700hrs Mon-Fri. Tours seem to only run on Fridays.
