In a city of very few places of entertainment, MFA has been a go to place for the summer. Friendly staff and lanes are functional. Great evenings had there.

Played here taking up their offer of 1 game of bowling for a family of 4, plus a drink each, plus a bowl of nachos for £36. The alley is looking very tired with the lanes broken as the bumpers stayed up the whole time. The staff were very friendly and clearly doing their best but it was a shame. Nachos had just squirty cheese sauce and guacamole which was freezing cold. Would not recommend this place.

Bowling is fun went with my family it is good fun it isnt like a new modern bowling thats what i like about it but its also not run down. Its a nice vibe like a vintage bowling. Staff are also nice it was easy to get to and went straight to our bowling lane

So fun in here came here while visiting Hereford and was so nice I love the vibe in here lots of fun and they have the arcade and also pool. The bar is good and lovely staff. We just w@liked in didn’t book and tghey had a lane upstairs for us. Wasn’t sure on it because of every review being negative? So was a bit wary but decided to try it anyway but it ended yo the opposite and had so much fun

The bowling was amazing. Arcade was good too didn’t get a chance to do the pool. But had a good time was there for 2 hours ish in total and staff are nice in there and they were friendly to everyone.

Good we were able to get 3 games in of bowling for 20 quid or so so not that bad priced also they have done up the arcade and recently have changed all new machines and claw machines only thing is they got rid of the bingo machine which was my favourite but now they have lots more machines than last visit. Staff are also nice and they also have 2 arcade bits not they also have one with 2 basketball games and all the other throw ones to win the high score and also the kick box the punching for a score and you can win prizes on it now so that is good. And also the pool upstairs/downstairs whichever one you use is 2 quid a go you just put in for a game and the balls come out you put in a deposit to get the chalk and cues and then get it back when you hand back. Our match lasted over an hour at pool 😳 Bur overall did have a really good time since it’s better as it was before the only thing they need to do now is sort the toilets because they are okay it’s just they could be much better if they just fixed all of them up.

I had my childs 11th birthday party here this evening. Food order was taken and when the food arrived, we noticed cheese was put on the burgers without being asked if it was wanted. This caused one child to be without the burger due to being lactose intolerant. After this I ordered two jugs of squash which was ridiculously priced at £9.50!!
On the website it stated that the birthday child went free if 8 people or over were paid for, there was 11 total and I was still charged £164 instead of the £154.50 it should have been.
It also states that each child would receive a free bowling voucher and that the birthday child would get £5 off their next visit…. None of this was received.
Despite all of this, the children had a good time.

Probably the worst bowling alley ever.
The building was freezing and had to bowl in coats. The balls, lanes and equipment were all either broken or in such a bad state of repair it was near impossible to actually bowl. The ball all had big chunks out if them.
The toilets were filthy with no hand wash.
Children from a party were allowed to run riot jumping on chairs and dancing down the lanes completely unattended. Awful experience that I paid £80 for. !!!!
Treat your family to something else.

Firstly ...... Friendly staff not at all at fault.
Whoever owns this venue should be ashamed. The place is falling apart. Broken lanes. Bodged flooring. Grotty toilets. Broken games machines. Very expensive.
Such as shame as it was once such a hub for Hereford families.
Avoid until 'under new ownership'

Someone needs to open a new bowling alley and bring some competition in. The facilities do not appear to have been updated since I started coming here as an 18 year old at school (I’m now 42). Alleys don’t work, bowling balls have chunks missing out of them and don’t even get me started on the toilets….filthy with a giant hole in the floor! It’s criminal that they are still operating and profiting from the fact that there are no other bowling facilities in Hereford

The staff opened the bride/groom champagne and the barmaid used the wedding flowers to make a hair band!! Really unprofessional
