Paid £6 to get in and walked up to the bar to find approx. 10 glasses on the pumps which means they had run out of everything that i would drink.
I went back to 'reception' and asked for my money back. No chance. They don't do refunds. Very poor customer service in a very, very poor night club.
I don't know what the other 10 people in the club thought but i will never go back in.
If i could do a ZERO star review, i would have.

I wasn’t a fan at the beginning I have to admit but it’s grown on me
If I have trouble which has happened twice I have approached owners and it has been dealt with ASAP
I have found the staff helpful and if there’s an issue it also gets sorted
They are strict on entry time and on how many go in( they have a license to consider) as it does get extremely busy
I even like the music
Keep going guys xx

Came in here to finish the night with mates and apart from being a little rough around the edges the music is old school which we like.
It gets packed in here, probably too busy and tends to cater for the older age of people in Hereford.
Drinks are standard price although it gets that busy it's a nightmare to get served.

Our party particularly enjoyed the petrochemical themed vodka jellies and the power shandies, which were second to none.
