Went to the theatre with my daughter last night to see the excellent cockney comedian Jeff Innocent, it was great.
The theatre was clean and very comfortable, the most comfortable seats I’ve ever experienced in a theatre. They were wide and comfortable and a good distance from the seats in front, when 3 of the tallest men sat right in front of us I thought oh no but we had an absolutely clear view of the stage due to how the seats were arranged.

So very, very disappointing. Unfunny to the point of being cringeworthy. The primary blame must lay with the writer. Not a Dame in sight. So much for a 'fresh' approach! I took my twin 9-year old granddaughters and I felt uncomfortable from beginning to end. Truly awful.

Went to see the film Little Women last week and the sound was so bad and muffled that I and some of the friends I was with missed a good half hour at the beginning of the film, and I heard comments from others saying the same.
Apart from that little grouse it’s an amazing venue with lots of wonderful shows and activities.

Fab theatre with a wide range of shows, both live and current film screenings. There
is a large stage and a couple of smaller rooms for more intimate shows where we have seen close up magic and comedy. Bar is also a bonus. Had many an entertaining evening here. Always clean and staff helpful and attentive.

A brilliant production, both my granddaughter and I had a fabulous evening.

We often go to this theatre. Wherever you sit you have an excellent view and the seats are comfortable. We have seen comedians, streamed plays and films, all of which have been good

Nice small theatre/cinema always very pleasant experience.good vision from all seats. No parking but public car park at rear about 200 yds.

Hertford Theatre has no disabled parking or parking for any members of the public. The theatre is in the centre of Hertford town, so all the nearby carparks within a 10minute walk have disabled parking. I believe if you have a blue disability badge you can park on some streets too.
If you are dropping off someone seeing a show who has accessibility issues, you can buzz into the staff car park next door to the wetherspoons and drop off your passenger infront of the theatre doors but you need to park elsewhere.
