The Beer, The Service, the view, the Artwork, The Food.
It was all a win. Everything was excellent.
Really enjoyed our afternoon. The new restaurant team are great and well worth checking out.

The teenagers are the two Yorkies, one of which was amazed by the upstairs and fascinated by watching the people and the other barking every now and then... lovely bar man, wish we could have ate there thanks for having us x

Very friendly staff and a good selection of beer. Food is also available but I did not avail myself of the facility.

I recently visited this pub again with family. We managed to again book a table overlooking the sea. The food was excellent value.I had the battered cod and chunky chips - delicious! Drinks were reasonably priced.

Popped in here for a couple of hours before the Ramsgate V Margate game on the 27th July. Very friendly and was made to feel welcome.
Both had a breakfast which was lovely and then a few pints of Tawny Owl (very Pleasant). Three Guest ales were on.
Landlord had a great indie 90s selection being played which was great (also a decent darts players as I saw him hit a maximum with ease)!
Very dog Friendly. Met Bruno the German Shephard plus three others who came in
nice pub. recommended

Friendly, dog friendly, family friendly warm and welcoming pub with a fine view of Ramsgate harbour. A small range of tasty ales (the ‘Well Oiled IPA’ I recommend)

I checked this pub out for somewhere to eat with a dog and got a very positive email response.
We got a very friendly reception, a table out of the way with our dog and great service at our table.
Food portions were large, we didn’t need starters.
Cosy pub and great service. Will be back for breakfast

From the outside this lloks like a rough seaside pub. Don't be put off. Walk inside and you get a warm welcome and a nice cozy interior. We both had the steak deal on Friday evening, both were cooked perfectly with home made chips and all the trimmings. Good service, not rushed, well worth a visit.

Popped in for a Sunday lunch.
Plenty of space left as we arrived gone 2pm.
A ROARING FIRE OMG what a pleasure to sit in front of that fire. It was a blisteringly cold and windy day and that was so homely.
Locals were very friendly and chatty. A few dogs present, helps to make the atmosphere.
Very tasty real ale, well kept and a good choice.
We had a roast beef and a pork. The crackling was delicious, properly made without a deep fat frier in evidence, only an oven.
The pork and beef were fine. There was a great choice of veg and heaps of it. Nice warm plates, almost couldn't finish it.
Then to pud. Two ginger pear and salted caramels please.
Utterly delicious and worth visiting for them alone.
