Did The Lab with my family tonight, it was amazing! As someone who loves escape rooms and breaking bad, this was by far my favourite room I’ve ever done, so well thought out and set up, and the gamesmaster was amazing and so much fun. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms! :)

The room we selected (prison break) was extremely fun and definitely worthwhile having a go at!! So happy we escaped with a single clue! Adam, the staff member guiding us through everything, was a blast, very fun and dealt with all our silly questions, and made the experience that much more fun, definitely worth going!

Awful place for an escape room, outdated venue and staff without much of a clue barring one more senior member of staff who seemed very energetic and enthusiastic, everyone else seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else, my friends booked this and before attending I was very much up for it, quickly did that change when we got there, felt like I had walked into an abandoned building, toilets unclean and seemed like we were more of an inconvenience to be stood waiting to start our room. Would be definitely trying the other escape room in hull as the price was absolutely not worth it here.

I came with family on Sunday (01/10/2023), As back in Hull visiting. This was my second experience here. During this recent visit to the escape room, I encountered disappointing service due to the staff's lack of energy and competence. Unlike my previous visit, where staff were upbeat, positive and high energy, it was a fun experience throughout. This time the atmosphere was notably subdued, and the team seemed disinterested. One member of staff in particular (I believe the person in charge?) appeared flustered and lacking knowledge. Their explanations in the chat beforehand were vague, leaving our group a bit confused. No real group engagement or laughs like our previous host last year, which was disappointing, to say the least.
The staff's lack of professionalism and disengagement made the overall experience disappointing compared to a previous, more positive and engaging visit. An improvement in staff enthusiasm and knowledge is essential to enhance the customer experience. For the price, we expected more, and the whole place looks shabby, unclean and in need of an update compared to last time, overall was a disappointing visit, it's truly such a shame about the atmosphere, Unfortunately, we won't be back.

We are upset to say we found this escape room a bit disappointing. We originally rang for some advice in what escape room would suit a family with some members never doing an escape room before. We were advice the bank room could be made easier to allow it to be more fun and lighthearted perfect for the family who were joining us. Well when we arrived we checked this and was then told the room would be fine as making it family friendly would be too condescending for us. I found the clues in the room minimal definitely more difficult than we were told with most clues needing to be found in a previous lock first making it limited to split up into groups or move at a quicker pace. I personally found that the room was a bit samey with looking for codes and needing one person to do lots of maths work with a calculator leaving the rest of us waiting around. I'm very sorry to say I did not find this room was value for money and found we all walked away feeling deflated and disappointed especially having done rooms with more excitement, interaction and variation. The whole experience personally felt very dull.

Wow what a fantastic company and a top class escape room! We did the Amy Johnson themed escape room and completed it in 42:35 minutes with three adults and two kids (11 and 8) and it was perfect! Big thank you to Matt and the team for a great day!

First time at this escape room and we will be back !!! Me and my son tackled the breaking bad room and had an absolutely cracking time, the puzzles and atmosphere were top drawer and the staff got right into character making it a proper immersive experience! My son talked about this all the way home - looking forward to the next challenge 👍

Honestly one of the best experiences worth every single last penny! We did The Lab and managed to get to the 3rd room absolutely brilliant we spoke about it from the rest of the day, 1000% recommend to go

We did the bank job. It was challenging and fun
Can get clues if you get stuck. Managed to get a fair amount.. £530,000 included diamonds and a gold bar! Really good fun. We will definitely be back to try a dofferent room.

Came last month to do the bank heist for my boyfriends birthday and haven't stopped talking about it since, had the best time ever and cant wait to be back to do another!!

Hi! We've had plenty of families take on our rooms. We'd recommend 'The Aviator's Study' if you've never done an escape room before. It's a fun, challenging, methodical room that doesn't throw you in at the deep end!

Def the 14 year old and maybe ok for the 11 year old. Good if they are with adults also. They'll really learn a lot :)
