I have had some great nights in the casino but could not believe how poor this venue is. I know there is work ongoing but there is no excuse. No live music, no food served and the bar was empty. Eventually managed to get served but seemed like hard work.
No atmosphere and had the feel of an arcade, no stands of dress, the whole experience made our group finish our drinks and leave. Although this review is critical my hope is that this is addressed, for years this has been a top class venue but really not at the moment. i wont be returning until it improves, such a shame

First visit in 18 months and was extremely disappointed. All staff were pleasant and helpful. So why a disappointing visit. There were two other punters in the casino. My self and two friends ate off the bar menu. Better food served on the promenade and a better burger at McDonalds!
One roulette table open with a minimum £2 chip bet. Six staff stood around the table as it seems they had nothing else to do. No punters. The atmosphere was gloomy and of an establishment going under. Why minimum £2 chip bet. Apparently it was minimum £5 bet a couple of weeks ago. As someone in business I couldn’t understand why the casino did not try and encourage more punters into the casino. Fifty pence tables, pound tables? Surely it’s these punters who lose 40/60 pounds a visit that pays the staff wages or does the casino just cater for the occasional big spender to arrive and lose a wad of money. Maybe I am wrong in my assumption but last night myself and my two friends couldn’t wait to leave as it felt so depressing that a once lively, warm venue was now like a morgue!
We went to the Grosvenor and played roulette on the £1 tables / Black Jack with twenty/ thirty other punters. There was a warm, friendly atmosphere helped by the fact we all finally left after three hours winning!
I feel that if the Genting don’t change their policy on minimum bets etc they will not be trading much longer in Blackpool.

Appaling visit... casino re-opened so was expecting great service. Customers allowed to "vape" in the casino so spreading vapour which clearly is a covid risk. I was not approached by any valet/member of staff during my visit and the staff seemed disinterested. No machines were being cleaned and i felt extremely unsafe and had wasted my time/travel to go. Visted on tues 18th may approx 7:15pm. Have sent an e-mail and haven't received any response. I recommed you go to Coral Island casino near the tower. Regular cash matches, 2 live and 2 e-tables, valeting and staff interact with customers

A well run casino staff good food was well laid out went there in Feb 2020,there was no corvid then dont know how thay have coped since the new rules came in,think they are in tier2 and open woopee 🤑💰🥳👍

pleasant staff ,nice relaxed atmosphere,it has lovely bar area where you can sit and enjoy a drink ,good facilities ,plenty of free parking ,.

I prebooked for Valentines paying a £20 deposit. I wasn't informed on booking it would be a limited Valentines menu.
We arrived at 8.15 for 8.30 booking. The young barmaid said she would inform the waitress of our arrival and to sit in the bar.
By 8.45 I was forced to remind the waitress we were there and collect a menu off her. It was then at least another 20 minutes before we managed to get her attention to order.
She did tell us she was on her own, however with only 8 tables and a limited menu this shouldn't have been a problem.
I asked for a change to the sauce on a dish and was told this wasn't possible, I then asked if I could move my deposit onto the bar menu once again a no. At this point I asked for the manager. The waitress obviously spoke to the manager and said the change of sauce would be made.
By this point my evening was already spoilt. The food when it came was fine. The waitress forgot the wine which was included in the £30 per head and then at the end forgot our additional drinks and had to redo the bill.
Overall extremely disappointed

booked my husband birthday meal the lady in the resturant is brilliant cant do enough for you always smiling even when she is very busy food cooked to perfection everyone very friendly

. The food was brilliant and the young lady who served us (Ruksana) was exceptional. She seemed to be the only one serving all the tables but she was so pleasant and made sure that we were happy with everything. We then played Black Jack and the croupier Ryan made it so enjoyable even though I lost. Can't wait to go again.

I've never been here before but decided to go on a works do here and it was a fantastic experience. Staff pleasant. Drinks pricey which I expected at a place like this but others might not realise... Well worth to try out for yourself.

Usually ID required for 1st time visit, dress code - smart casual, drinks - 2 x Stella pints = £7 not bad for casino/late bar !! Food is nice 👍

About 1.5 miles. Around a 20 - 30 minutes walk. We are also located across the road from the Uncle Toms Cabin Tram stopor around 5 minutes by car (heading towards Nirth Shore/Bispham). We hope this help you.

I will be in Blackpool at end of February. My wife and I fancy hitting the Blackjack table, and maybe dining at Genting Casino. Do we just turn up and sign in? Is there some kind of registration process? What do I need to bring?

Hi Steve., thank you for your enquiry. If you plan to visit at the weekend, we would recommend that you make a reservation if you want to dine (it can get quite busy). If you both are/look over 25 then no ID is required to enter the venue & you can enter as a 'threshold guest'. However, If you do wish to join (it's free) then a DL or Passport are acceptable for joining purposes. Your membership card can then be used at any of our Genting Clubs around the UK.

If you make your way onto the promenade, you can hop on a tram (heading towards Cleveleys/North) if you get off st Uncle Toms Cabin, we are just up the road on the next block over. We hope you enjoy your visit.

The Strand Hotel is quite modern & loctated on North Promenade, Also the Queens Promenade Hotel is a smaller hotel but quite close to the Casino and of a good standard too. Hope you find something suitable.
