We came here after a bottomless brunch just as the drinks were setting in and the team here (Tonio, MH, Erin) were all very helpful and accommodating, and they kept the atmosphere up while also providing a scary experience.

First time going to a escape room and we did the enigmista room it was really fun and would deffo do it again!! Hussain was really nice and helpful and made the experience more enjoyable- highly recommend!

Very disappointing. The props were dated and had important clues rubbed out on them from too much use, so it was impossible to move forward in a room.
The host gave us no background story and just put us in the room so we had no idea really what our end goal was. He seemed really disinterested in general and didn’t even say goodbye to us as he was too busy on his phone.
We won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this experience.

We had an amazing experience with Escape Reality Leicester it was a fun experience getting a social with the cousins and I had great early birthday celebration.
Hussain was extremely welcoming and friendly person and was a great help with all the hints he gave.
I would recommend Escape Reality Leicester to my friends and family and will definitely come back again.

We did the Jumanji themed room in Leicester and unfortunately we were very disappointed.
When we arrived we were explained how the locks worked with another team and said we had to use an ipad for clues and a "hint button" to get help from staff.
There wasn't much suspense built up going to the room you are just put in really.
Unfortunately the puzzles werent that excited and all were very similar.
The major issue was that a lot of things were not working correctly. During a light sequence, we tried to do it several times and assumed we must be doing it wrong. After 10 minutes we had to wait for someone to come in which kind of ruins the theme and they said the buttons basically had to be hit because they don't work very well.
Towards the end of the game we couldn't figure out if we had to get out the final door or let out. We hit the help but noone came. Finally we figured it out ourselves and once we got to reception noone was there. They were outside so thats why noone came.
Overall disappointing and will not be retuning. We have done some of the Trappd ones which run much better.

I came yesterday with a couple friends and we had an amazing time. I recommend the enigmista room. It’s a lovely experience with family or friends. Also the customer service is amazing, Hussain was really good and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

It was a great afternoon out with challenging puzzles and great decorations and scenes, the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Tonio who helped us when needed and made us feel at home. Definitely will be returning.

I'd personally say it would be too challenging for children of this age. It would also be worth noting that under 14s would need an adult with them at all times.
