What a wonderful day at one of English Rugby's top clubs. Fantastic facilities and tremendous staff. Can't wait to go again.

Games are always great fun here, the stadium tour is well worth doing, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun.

The home of Leicester Tigers, Welford Road is easily the best rugby ground outside of Twickenham in the country. The atmosphere generated on match-days is superb.

The cashless society is upon us and you will live to regret the lack of privacy. How many beers you bought will be linked to your medical records eventually and you will end up being ‘advised’ to watch your consumption. I love the Tigers. I love the atmosphere. What I despise and hate is their rush to cashless under the name of convenience. I will cheer them on and support them but I won’t buy another beer there - the Brickies for me pre and post match. Unless the sheep stand up and force Tigers and all other venues to accept cash then we are truly doomed to live in Big Brother World.

Once called the old Trafford of Rugby welford Road still has an atmosphere of tension even when it's a friendly match. The VIP section is lovely with a pie and pea supper available although the bar menu isn't as varied as someone would like but perfect for match days. Even in the standing section of the stadium the fans are always very polite and welcoming

A joint engagment/Valantines present to see Wasps, who I have followed for nearly 50 years but had never seen play. Good to see a good old fashioned wooden stand. Be aware though, the local fans do like to stamp their feet. I didn't mind the noise, the vibrations through my back were unbearable, otherwise a great afternoon. All food and drink purchases are card payments only.

The hospitality suites at Tigers offer excellent customer service and serve wonderful freshly made food.

An unforgettable day out but not for all the right reasons.
I've supported Leicester Tigers ever since I was a student in Leicester. Unfortunately I have never seen them live only on the TV.
Due to the "Premier League winter break" I had no football match commitments. So my son suggested we went to Welford Rd and got tickets for my wife ,me and himself.
The weekend was thwarted from the start . We had Storm Dennis to contend with ,it took us twice as long to walk to the ground than it would in normal weather. The high wind and heavy rain was going to make the game difficult to play. Or seats were almost at the back of the extremely high main stand. The game started and was very scrappy, however i wasn't feeling to good having severe palpitations having climbed the stairs to quickly( I have a Crdiac history). I decided I would have to leave and seek medical help,my wife came with me. unfortunatel do the vertiginous steps done she had to hold on to me yet it was I that was ill.
I cannot thank the staff ,stewards ,medical staff etc at the stadium for looking after me.( I ended up in hospital, but that's another story)...I'm fine and had NOT suffered an M.I.
The stadium is truly magnificent and I have visited many stadia. The atmosphere was great, the concourse with bars and food outlets is really spacious and welcoming, as are all the staff in the stadium and surrounds.
The match turned out to be a victory for Tigers.
I will return! But will not try to ascend the steps like a "mountain goat" but do it more becoming of a 71 yearold with a heart condition!

Yes I know the team have been under performing for a few seasons now but they are turning a corner and shouldn’t distract from what a great rugby experience the Welford Road stadium offers. It is the best in the UK

Still has standing on the terraces but go in the Holland & Barrett stand if you want a seat,the other stand is traditional planks with no backs,but great atmosphere.

No there isn’t a family area, but all fans respect each other and the away fans. There are many families who bring their children where I sit. Everyone has a great time. There are enough marshals around to find your seat and if you need any assistance.
