The professor was absolutely fantastic! Pure entertainment, fun and laughter. He is 100% meant for that role!
The challenges were fun, engaging and unique.
I loved the Crystal Maze when I was a kid and expected it to be a great experience but it ended up being beyond what I'd imagined and I cannot wait to go back!

Excellent nostalgia trip, very well organised, the set looked fantastic and all the challenges were suitably challenging for all!
Eliza was an excellent Mazemaster, really helped make it a great experience for the group! Far also gave us a a great welcome and very helpful with all our questions, thank you!

This is an amazing recreation of The Crystal Maze circa Richard O'Brien. I used to absolutely love the show but thought it would be stressful to take part - it's not stressful, it's amazing fun! Full of familiar little touches that really set off the experience with faithful games and themes. And I must give thanks to our highly entertaining Maze Master, Proctor Jangles. He gave a perfect delivery of "to the Crystal Doooooome!" and sported a most splendid top hat.

We had an amazing day at the event. We were there for our company’s social event. We had the event booked for the entire day with foods and drinks. The entire experience on the game was so engaging and heart pumping! Will definitely go there again.

An absolute must for fans of The Crystal Maze and anyone who loves immersive challenges! The games are cleverly designed, the set is detailed, and our Maze Master Genie Yaas brought fantastic energy and humor. Racing through the four zones and tackling physical, mental, and skill-based games was fun —and yes, the Crystal Dome finale is just as thrilling as on TV! Totally worth for a unique, hilarious, and fast-paced adventure. Highly recommended!

Crystal Maze London is simply fantastic! Our experience was brilliant. EVERY SINGLE staff member interaction was helpful, friendly and professional. I don’t recall customer service so fantastic ever before. To name a few: Keren was super helpful and prompt with a scheduling issue with a large sized party. The lovely host at reception was warm, friendly and kind! She was super good at getting us through the ‘rules’ and formalities as well as hyping us up for the game. Our game host was jumping Jackie who was so energetic and frankly channeled Richard O’Brien vibes perfectly.
We had such a fantastic time and laughed and smiled so much our cheeks hurt!
This is an icon tv game, it felt like we were transformed to the set. The music plays as you run through to the different zones! The games have varying levels of difficulty and as a family/friends party with 12yo and older teens and adults the balance was perfect.
If you are hesitating booking don’t..,click that button, you absolutely won’t regret it!
I am certain book again for a corporate event and I’ll definitely rebook for my son’s 16th birthday party!

An absolute thriller, strongly recommend this amazing experience.
My son and I were treated like royalty, a massive thank you to the manager, Mr Far Imtiaz for accommodating our requirements, Tommy on the front desk and Philomena, our wonderful Maze Master, what an amazing host, she is a great asset to this establishment, she was bubbly, funny and sooo so welcoming, thank you for making our experience that extra special, my son wants to do it all over again! 🙂
We can't wait to return.

Attended with work colleagues - great experience - thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.
It's just like the original show and there is a great amount of detail gone into the experience. We managed 8 crystals out of the 16 challenges - should have been 9 but i made a rookie error in one of my challenges and the team had to buy me back out - sorry team.
Our host was Bronwyn - great fun - clear instructions - brought loads of humour to the experience. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Team of 8 played 16 rooms across all types and zones - very very authentic feels just like the tv show. Byron our maze host was amazing and really made the whole experience something to remember! Highly recommended and well worth the money 😊

Great experience at the crystal maze. The sets were fantastic and felt authentic. The games were the right level of challenging. We got 11/16 successfully with each person playing 2 games each. Byron, our host, was excellent and made us feel at ease as he led us through the games.

Can you take a drink round with you/ or are there water points to get a drink at Crystal Maze, Manchester?

There are no water points around the experience but they do have water in the bar area for before and after. You don't really need it as it's not that long and most of it isn't that exhausting. However, if there is a medical need or other need requiring it then do give them a call. Enjoy, it's brilliant!

I and my friends have some disabilities & may need to see a game before we do it, to see if it is too risky. we have a condition where we can injure easily & it is a named medical condition. Can you get a list or description of games beforehand? thanks. ps we are not in wheelchairs

We didn’t get the list of games in advance and in fact chose who in the group would do the challenge before we were introduced to the game. Your situation is different so best to reach out to the Crystal Maze team to discuss how they can adapt the experience to suit you. Hope this helps.

I have read a lot of reviews saying it is really hot in there but most of those are in the summer. Has anyone been in the winter months? If so has it still been hot? Deciding if we should take a change of clothes etc.

The FAQ on the website states:
“The Experience is designed to be played in teams of up to 8, if you book for less than 8 people you may be joined by other players to make up your numbers.”
And…
“Unless you have booked a team of 8 people, or utilised our ticket block option via our guests services team, you may be joined by people that you do not know on your team.”
