Clever use of the location. Between my family we've done all 3 escape rooms at Mission Breakout. This one was the least scary but had a clear 'story' and solving the clues was very satisfying. Loved the machines too

A great time! Enjoyed the codebreaker room, highly recommend. Shoutout to our games master Ms. S, she did a fab job. I Would definitely go again!

We experienced the Underground 2099 escape mission - it was really inventive and enjoyable for our group of five, with guidance from Agent Abandon.
Spatially, this once-operational tube station is a great location for the challenge and heightens the atmosphere.
The puzzles were not-so-obvious, yet not so complex...once the objective became clearer - a nostalgic reminder of shouting at Crystal Maze TV contestants in the 90s for ignoring the clues.
I want to return to attempt the trickiest escape room!

Excellent fun doing the Rat King room! Made great by Professor Liam who provided great atmosphere, organised some great timed scares since we were there on fright night, and was mindful with clues to keep us having fun without making it too easy for us. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at this escape room! It was so well thought out and super fun. It was also spooky which we loved. Great place and great actors and game master, Floppyfoot!
Floppyfoot was amazing and super attentive, they explained the game really well and were super helpful and fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go.

Absolutely amazing the staff were fantastic! Really top notch and the room were great :) they were tricky but super well thought out, will definitely go again.

Had so much fun at this joint, the vibe was super thrilling and the atmosphere made it so good. The whole setting just fit perfectly for a horror film. Be prepared for some jump scares and creepy music. Spooky Simo your the man 🫵🏻🤝🏻.

No but I asked to avoid the crawling bit! My 74 year old male partner did it and it was a very short crawl!! Apart from that it was all about cracking codes using clues. Nothing physical at all! However you might need glasses as light is dim and print is small. You only go into two rooms which are full of clues. So no virtual reality or other people involved just your team. Good luck!!

You should check with the owners on this one. I can say, though, that The Lost Passenger, which our group did, does involve crawling through some me quite small tunnels in the dark so might not be good for someone pregnant enough to have difficulty with that.

"The Lost Passenger” game room does have a bit of a spooky theme, and it sometimes goes very dark etc. It’s not a horror game, but it can be a bit scary for kids. It very much depends on the child and how sensitive they are. Some kids absolutely love it and some do find it a bit too scary. If you think some kids might be frightened, I would recommend playing the other game “Codebreakers". It’s a World War II spy-themed game and does not have anything scary.

Hello Clare,
Our games are private and designed for 3-6 players but two people are able to complete it.
If you have played games before it should be fine, but parts of the game is more difficult with two players.
We would recommend The Lost Passenger before Codebreakers for a team on two.
You would still need to book for 3 players though, as that is our minimum charge for the game.
Simply make your booking for three players and let us know there will just be the two of you so we can make a note on your booking.
Check our availabilities and make your reservation directly online!
Select the game and the number of participants first (3), then pick your date!
We guarantee you will have a fully immersive experience in the NW1 ghost tube station!

There is one live actor in Mission Breakout, but “the lost passenger” only makes a very brief appearance, and if you miss them, they are gone - that is why I am guessing some of the reviews said there weren’t any!

Hi, can you tell me how much this is please and is there a reduction for group bookings? Also, how long in advance do we need to book and how long does it take on average? Lastly, do we need to wear certain clothes or is anything acceptable?

Thank you for your interest in Mission: Breakout.
You get 60 minutes to solve series of puzzles and crack the code to escape the room.
You can wear anything but white as you can imagine that a disused tube station is very dusty!
Prices start from £20 per player.
For larger groups up to 25 players, we suggest to book our corporate event full package that includes a private use of the premise, the game sessions hosted by Winston Churchill lookalike himself, soft drinks and finger-food for up to 25 people.
