Absolutely horrible service and even worst customer service. I was visiting and got my lashes done with them. They talked me into getting the 6 week lashes instead of the 5-7 day lashes (for a nice price increase). They didn’t last me more than a week and a half before falling out and looking super patchy. When asked to receive a refund and showed image proof, they “investigated” and decided that I wasn’t entitled to a refund and that they only guarantee they last 5 days. They stopped answering my emails and won’t refund me the heavy price for the 6 week lashes I paid for. I have gotten my lashes done before with another company and those lashes lasted me well past 4 weeks. Have told all my friends and family to stay far away from this company.

OMG went for an eyebrow tint and tidy - left with uneven eyebrows and tinted skin .. did go back for a correction but in all honesty I left with a half a brow o each side. Not great not going back I’m distraught … come back benefit we miss you

I had a terrible experience.
I am 8 months pregnant and I went for a full leg wax which cost £60 since I cannot wax legs and bikini on my own anymore due to the big bump.
I went back home and discovered that I still had hair on my upper legs and bikini. The person who did the wax (I don't know the name) did it very quickly without any attention or care.
Also, they tried to sell a full package of wax sessions several times despite I said at the first time. Even when I was ready to pay, the amount was £290 because they were selling me the package. Thankfully I looked properly before I gave my credit card.
TERRIBLE place.

Today I attended the salon for a treatment. There was a mix up on the time of my appointment and it was looking like I was going to have to rebook. Over hearing the conversation the lady on threading this day stepped in and offered to proceed with the treatment.
So so kind, and extremely professional to act so quick on her feet putting the client at top priority.
She was excellent , incredible at what she does and such a beautiful soul who made the experience so great. She was a breathe of fresh air to be around , so positive and kind.
I am sure I am spelling her name incorrectly , it sounded like vysha hopefully she receives this message and feels acknowledged for how great she truly is .

Jyoti at Lashious beauty, oxford street Primark is so far the best brow thread expert I met in London. I can totally count her for her threading and advisor for perfect shape for best looks.

I took my 15 year old daughter in to get her nails done for her 15th birthday .she was extremely excited . So after I waited for 1hr 40min for her to get done and a payment of £52 we went away to enjoy the rest of our London break and her birthday .
Next day less than 24hrs we was about to leave hotel to get to Gatwick for our flight home and one of her nails came off .Due to time margins I could not do anything about it but she was devastated as she was looking forward in showing her mum and friends her new nails.
Unfortunatly over the next few days other nails started to drop off .
This is not the 1st time she has had nails done and they lasted a few weeks. I phoned them up told them the news of the nails ,unfortunately due to location on our house we could not go in for them to be stuck back on . Do not use this place if you want quality nails to stay on your fingers ,they look nice at the beginning but not worth £52 for poor workmanship .this was done in Primark Oxford st London ps Primark don't own this nail bar

This was the first time I visited - looking for a new experience - and I was pleasantly surprised about the fantastic treatment that I received.
My nails were done by Leda who helped to select the right colour for Spring. Thank you so much. The salon was clean and the staff were polite and friendly.
I will definitely be visiting again and I will be telling all my friends about this Lashious salon in Enfield.

Dont waist your time or money. My nails cost £38 ,took 2 hours and lasted 2 days. My nails were not applied properly and didnt last two days. I had them done on the 9th of December and only just managed to get a refund today 22 December. The whole experience was a joke and ill never repeat it. You might as well buy Primark stick on ones, they'll last just as long and will look much nicer.

Had eyelash extensions done but the bottom eyelid patches/tape was ripped off so quickly that it took a layer of skin off. They are industrial strength and the therapist just ripped it off. They then gave me some rubbish gel to put on which burnt it even more. I couldn't go my function the next day as my bottom part of lids and eye area was swollen, red and raw. Took a week to recover. Reporting them to Trade Standards and wherever else I can. The manager and owner delaying any refund and trying to cover this issue by getting me to sign a form saying it was due to my sensitivity and then that I won't do any further investigations - a cover up if I have ever seen one!
