Despite our flight being delayed by almost 90 minutes, the driver was waiting at the designated location and drove us smoothly to our destination.

Stress free and smooth service. I used them 4 times in a week for a business trip. Drivers were always on time and cars were immaculate. Definitely recommend

Easy to book online, follow up emails were helpful and prompt, both my drivers arrived on time, the Mercedes was very clean. As a solo traveller, I felt reassured, confident and safe. 5stars

Driver was waiting for me in arrivals hall, all very efficient, and the journey was smooth in a spotlessly clean vehicle. A little but more expensive than other firms I got a quotation from but the reviews were solid for this one. S very mixed for others, and it was worth paying a bit more for the great service. Will definitely use again.

We were charged for parking but that was because BA took so long delivering our luggage. We went from Terminal 3, Heathrow to Marble Arch. The driver was excellent and a really good driver - very smooth and we felt comfortable and safe. The car was very nice, as was our driver.

TLDR: Absolutely do not go with these people, they are total cowboys! Honestly please ignore the other reviews they are wildly unprofessional and you're better off going with someone like simply airports who are the same price, or pay the £30 more for an Addisson Lee who are basically the best.
I booked with these guys and realized about 5 minutes after booking that they didn't in fact offer a meet and greet service (it's advertised as if they do, and then in the smallest teeny tiniest print known to man it says not for Stansted or City Airports). So, I immediately call up and proceeded to have a wildly rude conversation with the rep, who does eventually say a refund will be issued, but fails to tell me they'll take a £10 fee for doing literally nothing. I then call up again once this happens and the man is once again default rude. Now I get that I made a slight reading mistake, but the totally aggressive nature of this guy was absolutely miserable. Honestly, it's the kind of behavior you shouldn't want to reward with your business.

Absolutely brilliant service, used the service from Heathrow to our accommodation and also for a trip to see the Abba show. Same driver each time and excellent standard on all occasions

My first experience with Express Airport Cars was perfect. It arose owing to an offensive night controller of a private hire cab office local to where I was staying.
The follow-up e-mails from EAC meant that all details of the journey were confirmed, leaving no margin for misunderstanding from either party.
The journey itself from Uxbridge was no cheaper than the service I had used previously, but the driver arrived in good time (not that I was in a desperate hurry at 04 00!) and his vehicle was a brand new Tesla (an added excitement for me). He offered to take my luggage from the house to the car and at LHR he offered to fetch me a trolley - I declined, but the offer was appreciated.
The journey itself was smooth and incident free and we engaged in friendly chat throughout. He was clearly proud of his new car, despite of its high cost.
I shall have no hesitation in using Express Airport Cars again.

Price from Heathrow terminal 3 to Springfield Chelmsford Uk and is service good?

Price starts from around £100 depending on what car do you need. You can always book online at expressairportcars co.uk ( you will need postcode of your destination)
And service is great! You will be meet at the arrivals and driver will have a name board. Very reliable and safe!
