I’ve been to The O2 many times over the years and love it. I was on the Lower Tier and had a great view of the stage. There was an extended arm from the stage that was lowered from the ceiling at one point, allowing Take That to perform right in the centre of the audience in the stalls – I had a perfect view of them from where I was sitting. Although as is usually the case at these events, I had to spend a lot of the time standing in order to see since people all around were on their feet. Many of the reviews seem to ignore the venue and the event and concentrate on criticising the price of drinks. Everyone knows that the price of drinks is higher in London and even higher in captive places like theatres. After paying for travel to and in London, tickets for a show, hotel, food and drinks, another £10 or £20 for drinks in the theatre is a small part of the cost. If you don’t want to pay that, don’t. I had a wonderful evening, in a world-class venue, watching one of the best ever groups, all enhanced with a few drinks before and during the show.

Terrible health and safety at concerts. Felt unsafe. Customer service and complaints team completely dismissive . Prices were also criminal and had to leave within first 5 minutes due to safety concerns.

Truly hopeless venue, basically don't bring any bag bigger than a postage stamp ! Staff for the most part were at best surly and unhelpful at worst highly unpleasant and staggering rude, if you want to completely mugged off and spend a million quid on food and drinks, be insulted by having a bag and treated with contempt go there ! Otherwise don't bother.

Abysmal Tool concert, self-indulgent and filled with easy and predictable tracks, how can you justify spending 5 minutes to generate easily reproduced feedback from a stage speaker? Never again

Visited the area at the O2 called "The Ninety Third by Qatar Airlines", which is a premium members club area at the 02. This is area is a couple of floors up which is accessed by escalators. Very nice welcome by the staff who were very helpful. The area is very nice and quite quiet the night we were there, plenty of room to sit down. There is a cocktail bar area, a usual bar area, and also a restaurant area . We sat in the bar area and ordered food and drinks. Unlike the other private bar areas at the 02, no food or drinks are included. We ordered pizza and hotdog which were ok, but served in paper plates which I don't think was great. I've attached menu in photos so you can see prices. They advertise a special walkway that projects out over the area. This was quite a quirky idea, but you just really walk out on it and look around. Up to six people can walk on it at any time, but other than take photos you don't really stay on there. The staff were very nice and took photos of us You cannot take a bag etc on it unless it goes over your body so it can't fall off. Seat view was good but you are towards the back of the arena but you are face on to the stage.

Visited here many times over the years to see many shows. It’s an amazing venue, access is always easy and the staff are helpful. The drink prices are extortionate but what do you expect!

This is going to re-iterate what it appears many have already written multiple times.
Went to see Michael McIntyre 2 nights ago (Sat 13th April). Getting in we went to get drinks, and then go take our seats. Drinks prices were ridiculous. £8.95 a beer, Rum/Coke (spirits) £13.50 single/£16 double (At least it was Kraken and not a cheap brand!), packet of crisps £2.95. It also made me laugh, that it is even printed onto the plastic cups that you are served that you should deposit or return them for re-use and NOT TO TAKE THEM HOME! For the prices they charge they should be souvenir cups (which would probably help the clean-up crews as not so many people would just leave them all over the floor when they leave!) It was 'Date-Night' with the wife, so wanted to enjoy, and expected higher prices than a pub, but not by that margin. I had exactly the same Kraken/Coke (double) at the pub at Waterloo while waiting for our train, it was £10.20. Their policies for not letting any food or drink in is a bit strict, I literally saw them taking a packet of M&Ms off the people in front of us. Joke being they search bags, but not pockets, so you could potentially take whatever you could fit in your pocket in with you and no issue (Not that we did, should of taken a hip flask!)
Anyway, FYI, although it says the show starts at 20:00, another act came on first for like 20 mins (Jake Lambert - quite funny) for about 20 mins then there is an interval, then Michael comes out at 20:40, and was brilliant, have not laughed that much in a while, so did enjoy the show.
Nutshell:
The O2 is clean, friendly staff, and the show was great. but the prices of things once you are inside are extortionate, so bear that in mind if you are on a budget (most people at those prices would be). Also queues everywhere for everything (toilets, bars etc)

We went to see Michael Mcintyre at the O2 last weekend. We arrived around 2 hours before the show and restaurants were very busy at this time so if you are thinking about eating inside the O2 then get there extra early.
Drink prices were extortionate. I paid £24 for 2 bottles of water and 2 pepsi max.
The show overall was fab.
If you are scared of heights - do not book the higher levels - they are higher than you think and nothing to hold onto when trying to get to your seat.

£8.95 or £9.50 a pint. Utter scandal and shouldn’t be allowed. Other drinks prices just as bad. Nearly £6 for a Pepsi, I think £4 for a bottle of water.

Hi Ihave tickets for queen in June very.high up but have since found out I will be on crutches and there is no way I can climb the steep steps up.Would they move us if I rang ahead to ask.

The best way to go there is by tube. It is very fast and convenient.
