Bar staff are incredibly slow during interval, they stopped serving apparently 1 minute before the second half started and refused to serve me even though I was the only person left waiting at the bar and had been waiting for ten minutes to be served. Girl behind the bar was incredibly rude when I asked why they literally couldn’t serve one more person. On reflection I’m glad I didn’t give them any more of my money. They either need more staff or better trained staff who know what they are doing and can get through a queue if people. I couldn’t even get any water.

My visit to the Prince of Wales Theatre was magical. The grandeur of the venue and the captivating performances left me spellbound. The seating was comfortable, and the acoustics were exceptional, making for an immersive theatrical experience. The current production was a delightful blend of humor, drama, and music, perfectly executed by the talented cast. The theater's history and heritage were also evident in its architecture and decor, adding to the charm. A perfect evening out for theater lovers and a must-see during a trip to I bought a railcard on trainpal and got a 20% discount when I entered the RC777E code! Hope to help those who come to the UK to play~

Save your time and money. There is satire and there is offensive and this musical didn’t seem to know the difference. It is well produced and well performed, but the story is offensive and the whole thing absurd. My partner is from Idaho, and we find Mormonism ridiculous, but this seemed racist and very offensive to Africans. Sex with frogs and babies isn’t humorous. As a musical, the singing was well done but none of the songs memorable.

Fantastic experience for a first trip to the theatre in my wheelchair! Big thank you to Tasha the access host so helpful znd welcoming!! Theatre itself has a lift down to the stalls and tomato the accessible toilets which were very smart and clean! We watched Book of Mormon we’ll be back when there’s a new show on the theatre was great! Good view from the wheelchair spaces at the back of the stalls!

Attended this theatre last Friday (26th July).
We were there to see The book of Mormon..
Absolutely magnificent.
We were sat in the circle and had a spectacular view of the stage...The performance was brilliant. We are asked at ticket purchase were we easily offended..The answer was a resolute NO..
The singing and orchestration was on point..Yes there are big parts of the performance that "some" may find offensive..All as I would say if you are easily offended then go and watch Mamma Mia..
We enjoyed it and I'm sure everyone else did.
The theatre itself was beautiful. Very 1920s art decor in appearance. Well done...We will return...

We booked tix for the Book of Mormon while staying in London for a couple days. The POW theater is located in the West End, very similar to Broadway in NYC. We had center stage tix, a few rows back. While the location was great, the seats were a little uncomfortable and cramped....no "man-spreading" allowed. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the show and would do it again next time we're in town.

Great visit, great venue, staff excellent, went to see Book of Mormon, would highly recommend, few risqué bits, so if easily offended, don’t go.

Great venue with very helpful staff , plenty of places to buy drinks and the toilets were very clean.
The seats were quite uncomfortable and could do with a makeover , but we had an amazing view of the stage.
We went to see The Book of Mormon which was very , very funny and very well produced, a highly recommended show.

This show certainly isn't for everyone, very much wears its South Park origins on its sleeve, so if that is a bit close to the bone for you then this certainly will be. Saying that it is very funny in places.
The venue itself is excellent, we were seated in the dress circle and had a decent view of the whole stage, the seating was comfortable and the venue had decent bathroom and bar areas.

We will be in London from 10/9 to 10/14 and wanted to see The Book of Mormon. But we are getting mixed messages online. Some sites say it runs until Nov 2024. Others say it will have ended by 10/9. Does anyone know for sure if it is still showing that week in October or not?

We saw it 2 nights ago. Well produced. Actors are good, but the story is awful. I think Mormonism is absurd, but the story here was offensive, not to Mormonism but to Africans. I was cringing within the first 5 minutes and felt that way throughout the musical. No songs of interest either.

Can recommend Busaba Bangkok Thai, Leicester Square (it's not actually in Leicester Sq but at 35 Panton Street SW1Y 4EA) very short walk to the theatre.
Scrummy food - and they do a choice of tasty 'bowl' at lunchtime for £10.00
It's our 'go-to' every time we are seeing a show nearby. Great food

I think there is just the one entrance although there will likely be staff at the door to ask. The show is brilliant!

There are quite a few stairs, in two or three small flights if I recall correctly. I use a walking stick and was fine with them - provided there was no prize for speed! Stairs are the only option here though as there are no lifts. I would say, without fail, all the staff were keen to help me, be it fetching tickets from the box office for me to save me queueing and offering the shortest route to our front row seats so as to minimise going up and down circle steps. If in doubt, if you have any specific requirements, I would recommend phoning the box office.
