Ive wanted to go to this club for more than 20 years. We went and couldnt be more disappointed. The staff was incredibly rude. The DJ was playing a mix of top 40s house and 90s hip hop and played badly. On a Saturday night no less. The crowd was 80% teenage guys as well. No one likes a sausage fest

Absolutely awful place, the atmosphere, the music and the security, even the paramedics were disgusting. Very disappointed in this venue.
I was going there for the rave on the 20th and before it was awful, didn’t know the music genres and was putting on any old crap. And then I was spiked taken to the medical room in which the paramedics where extremely rude, my passport went missing tried calling you wait on hold and then the phone just gets put down on you. the security are rude asf don’t help you, don’t check anyone properly, DO NOT go to this place. Absolutely awful.

What a brilliant night we had at the ministry trance sanctuary. The vibe was great no trouble everyone very friendly including staff. Music was amazing all round superb time .

What a great club experience! We went to Martin Ikin and it was all one evening. Incredible sound system, to go if you are around!

Went to visit with my friend for some midweek fun only to discover when we got here, it’s student night only a Tuesday., no exceptions. Bit a shame when the opening times online don’t state it’s not open to everyone unless it’s Friday or Saturday.
I saw some poor girl being turned away for being too drunk, yet she able to converse in English and Spanish to the door men without hesitation she was also with friends who were also shocked and their decision to turn her away.
It might it mean nothing. but as a female woman, I do not believe that this girl was too drunk and rather an example of executed power when it’s unnecessary.
Which in itself is sad because that girl could have had a really lovely night with her friends feeling protected by those security but instead she was mad to feel embarassing and leave I front of everyone.
I write this review as long time Ministry of Sound attendee..
I’ll rate it 3 based my previous experiences and this interaction tonight. I hope the can pull it together for the next event they hold.

This club is renowned for a reason ! We got there at 12 and they hadn’t opened the main room yet so the bar room was super crowded but even so vibes were great . The only thing that is annoying is that a lot of people dont realise theres another main room so stay in the bar and overcrowd . The baby box and the loft were good although not my type of music but the main room was ELECTRIC. The best sound system I’ve ever experienced .
The smoking/foodtruck area was a highlight and we met so many nice people in there .
The only bad part for me was the entrance to vip which was guarded by this bouncer who pushed everyone away even if they just stood close to the entrance!! Totally unnecessary and rude , otherwise a beautiful experience and decently priced drinks

The bouncers think they own the club and can treat anyone how they see fit. They aggressively mishandled my friend and was unreasonable and rude. I would not recommend anyone go to this place. So many better clubs in london where you will be treated with respect. Security in the beanie mixed race was the worst who thinks hes the top boy when in reality hes a worker and needs to act his position as a WORKER. stupid employees thinking they are entitled. JOKE OF A PLACE.
Ps: ill spend the workers yearly wage for fun and not think twice these people need to behave themself

Was it a dream? No
Was it real? Very, Yes
After doing a quick google search on the Monday for a bit of funky Soul music inspiration and ‘the Ministry’ heard my calling ‘The Ministry of Sound’ answered my prayers!
On Saturday, afternoon, yes THE afternoon I was listening to amazing music and I was dancing!
Spoke to a few people sharing same experience of discovery, disbelief and delight!
Met lovely people
Great atmosphere
Great DJ’s
Great staff

Professional and friendly

It was my first time and it won’t be my last!

I have to be honest, this was not our kind of place, or a place we’d go to again. But it was unique, interesting, and fun. Definitely a must try at least once when in London!

The club has an excellent taxi service (run by a guy called Colin) that we always use. Very convenient, friendly, safe and not expensive. When you exit the club, Colin will be there.... just tell him where you're going, he will tell you the cost and then take you to a car.
