Came with my daughter all staff were so welcoming and the massage was brilliant couldn’t be better but the spa facilities really need updating I really liked that the spa had twinkly lights in the ceiling etc in photos but they were off because of water damage I think from what I could see in the ceiling? it’s very basic just hot tub/spa steam room sauna all in one quite small space just not what I was expecting especially as you could be £25 each to go in there I’m just happy we had a package

Everything about the day felt extremely rushed and the opposite of relaxing. The manager hurried us through everything. We barely got the full time in anything, and when my friend went to use the toilet between the relaxation room and the massage she was told to hurry up as if she were a small child. The icing on the cake was at the end as I was naked and starting to put my clothes on in the changing room the manager came in and tried to upsell me a scar treatment treatment for my face (I recently had a mole removed). Extremely rude, especially when I was naked, so I asked her to let me get dressed please. £175 for a rushed experience in the wet room, an ok massage and a bit of time in the relaxation room. Not worth it, especially for a pretty tired hotel with poor customer service. The free ‘one course meal (no drink)’ as part of the package did a pretty decent cheeseburger and chips!

I just wanted to leave a review on the day I spent at the Kwest Spa, I had an amazing birthday with the exceptional services I received from the staff, the moment we arrived to the moment we left we was well taken care of. The only negative aspect of my spa day, was I did not get to enjoy the jacuzzi pool, the chemicals in the jacuzzi it made me choke up I was constantly coughing as if I had something in my throat my eyes was watering and nose was running, the same thing happen with my boyfriend however he was not coughing like me. I mention it to one of your staff and they said they will look into it, when I went for my massage after using the spa, I still felt very chocked up and your staff offer me tea and using eucalyptus oil when doing my massage which help.
I hope something is done regarding the strong chemicals that is being used in the jacuzzi pool, as I would love to booked again but I am afraid I will not be able to full enjoy myself if the jacuzzi is filled up with those strong chemicals as it gave me a very bad reaction.

I ordered the ricotta and spinach pasta
This came hot with a nice size bowl i enjoyed this. I also had rosemary chips but they were a bit salty. Service very friendly. I also had spa day it was ok but i ordered black soap scrub and when i informed the therapist she just looked at me so so i had to agree to a massage as she suggested.

It would be nice if they would meet and greet as you arrived , and then to be shown exactly where you're supposed to be in the building. Security wasn't tight and I could've been anyone walking around the building as I had got lost a few times due to be given the wrong directions and the lay out of the building is very confusing to say the least. Especially when your partially sighted.
I also noticed that I was left unattended in the rooms without knowing when the time was up to move onto the next course, no communication at all, altho the staff were lovely,

I had the best massage and facial I’ve ever had from Kelly. I feel so relaxed following my treatment and my skin feels wonderful. I highly recommend the head to toe massage.
I will definitely be going back for another spa day!

Great birthday experience
I visited the spa to get the cryo-oxygen one hour facial treatment for my birthday. Though that treatment was not available, I did get the Vitamin C facial treatment, which was superb - Giulia, my therapist, was very knowledgeable and attentive, I felt specially taken care of. The hour treatment felt luxurious, it started with a cleanse, then an exfoliation, then a vitamin C serum was worked into my face and neck, then reinforced with a mask. I also had a shoulder and arm massage, as well as a light scalp massage whilst the mask was doing its thing.
My skin has been in fantastic condition in the week since, it has been glowing, with reduced visibility of fine lines and dark spots. I received many compliments on my skin for days after my treatment, which is exactly what you hope for with visits like this.
I will definitely be back, and highly recommend the Vitamin C treatment to anyone looking for a facial that is well rounded and is not intrusive. If you would like to boost collagen, renew your glow, increase moisture and suppleness in your skin, and treat hyperpigmentation - this is the perfect treatment.
On the spa generally, the massage room was a good size, well lit but not too bright, and the bed very comfortable. The relaxation room is modest but effective, and the changing rooms were in tip top shape. I did not get access to the wet room/sauna and co for the price of my treatment.
But for the late notification on the change in treatment, this would've been a five star review.

My sister and I booked a spa package - 25 minute massage each (by Diego and Alba - both incredible) with the lunch (delicious and fresh - big portions) and spa access. We were SO impressed by the day. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind and attentive - excellent service and the perfect combination of really helpful whilst also giving us LOTS of time and space. We loved every second and will certainly go back. It’s always overwhelming to choose from the big choice of spa package options in London, but this is my second time and I HIGHLY recommend them x

What a fantastic experience! My therapist - Sally- gave me the best back massage I have ever experienced. I slept for the first time in ages afterwards. I'm definitely coming back for more! Thank you Sally x

I had aromatherapy massage with Julia. She was amazing!!I also used the spa facilities which was really good.
