The staff were very friendly and helpful when selecting a ring for my fiancée, but the workmanship is shoddy. The diamond fell out of the ring after less than 18 months of wearing, never to be found again. My wife was careful with the ring and didn't do any manual work whilst wearing it.

I visited Queensmith (next door to Hearts, but same company) to buy my girlfriend (now fiancée!) an engagement ring. What could have been a stressful experience was made simple and easy by all the staff, but particularly Sarah-Jane. As a complete diamond novice, I appreciated her advice and guidance, as well as her friendly and enthusiastic approach. My girlfriend loved the ring too, so I would highly recommend for any diamond/jewellery purchase.

This is a little late (sorry) but we had a perfect experience getting our engagement rings from Queensmith. All of the staff are lovely and true experts but Emily is the legend that turned around my partner’s ring within a crazy timeframe and all to the specs we wanted. She then also treated our return for my ring with more patience and fun when I came in wanting “something simple” and walked out having designed something very specific with her. As a same sex couple we also never felt anything other than comfortable and happy. Constantly recommending this place and can’t wait for our next visit for wedding bands. Thank you! Alex & Chels

I've not done much jewellery shopping in my life but the recent foray for an engagement ring showed me a range of service levels as we toured Hatton Garden along with some of the nicer places in the west end - from excellent to mediocre to downright poor. Jack at Hearts gave us the most thorough education in diamonds without being pushy. After visiting other places to get more idea of what we liked we went back to Hearts where they took our requirements into their design process with CAD pictures and a resin mould so that we could see what we would get. Still a little worrying having it made to order - what if it wasn't quite what we wanted?
We needn't have worried - the final product was perfect, exactly what we specified. They even got it finished a few days ahead of normal schedule so we could pick it up ahead of a planned engagement dinner.
Everyone that we dealt with there was polite, professional,friendly and knew their stuff. No hesitation in recommending them. When we get to wedding rings we'll head straight back there - no question.

Wonderful service and experience designing and manufacturing a surprise engagement ring and then following up with both of our wedding rings. The team are hugely professional and have market leading supporting technology for design and manufacture. We would highly recommend to our friends & family.

I visited this store today and dealt with Hanna who was extremely knowledgeable, a great listener and genuinely passionate about helping me find what I was looking for. Even better whilst in the store I discovered Queensmiths make their jewellery in-house which means you can have it tailored or tweaked to exactly what your after. This was a stand out offering for us as obviously the rings are for life! I was also able to look at the diamonds on the microscope which was a fun and interesting experience. We felt we could fully put our trust in Queensmiths. An all round superb experience which I’d recommend.

Planning your wedding and buying rings is stressful enough as it is. Hatton Garden can be intimidating, when, if you anything like me and you don’t shop here very often. I cannot thank Joanna and Jo at Queensmith Jewellers enough for their genuine help, support and enthusiasm in making sure we had rings that met our budgets and our taste. As gay men looking for wedding rings, don’t go anywhere else but here! The whole team is super friendly and so welcoming, and they know their stuff. They took their time to ensure that we were completely happy with what we wanted, I never felt rushed and their shop is smartly appointed. They are competitively priced with the rest of Hatton Garden so there really is no point in going anywhere else. I will always come back to Queensmith and cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Jo and Jo for making this whole experience so much more enjoyable, relaxing and fun! Sebastian and Mat XO

The team at Hearts of London were very professional and helpful throughout the process of aquiring both engagement ring and wedding bands. I did not feel pressured, instead felt re-assured. The staff were knowledgebale, while being able to understand the
features we were looking for. My fiancee loves the ring and is complimented on it freqently.

It’s very rare that I go out of my way to write a review, but with having the experience that both myself and my fiancé had, I felt I had too! Hearts of London is the place to go! Amazing staff!! (In particular SJ & Becky) relaxed atmosphere and thousands of beautiful examples to choose from! We are so excited to be having our wedding bands made with these guys, and truly cannot thank them enough for there patience, there un salesy/ not pushy approach and there all round awesomeness!! Thank you guys! 💍

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. I don’t often write reviews online but feel I have to share my experience. From start to finish my experience with HOL has been phenomenal.
A colleague suggested Hearts of London and I’m so glad they did. As I walked through the door I was introduced to Eddi Norris, a true professional in every sense of the word.
Eddi has years of experience and it’s abundantly obvious. He listened very carefully to what I was looking for and guided me through the whole process with ease. I was looking for a bespoke ring with a distinctive blue sapphire.
I had visited many shops within Hatton Garden and felt pressured by hard selling tactics. HOL was the complete opposite - Eddi stressed that this an extremely important purchase and that I should take my time to ensure it was the right one for me. I was initially daunted with the idea of designing a bespoke ring, but by the end of the process I was made to feel like a part of the team. After piecing together a few images and drawings of what I wanted, Eddi and his team got to work and came back with a very detailed CAD drawing within a week.
Extremely happy with the drawing the team worked tirelessly to produce the engagement ring within the tight timescale I had provided! The end result was incredible.
Outstanding service, I can’t recommend them enough.
