There are a few steps but also a lift . You can drop mum off right outside the main entrance. There are plenty of seats with space for legs and bags . Mum will be fine there and the staff are super helpful

Hi I am unsure BUT, the access team at the Derngate are brilliant. Has your Mum completed their form re her needs for attending a performance? It is worth doing then they will advise and help with your booking. Plus on the day you are met by one of their access team who looks after her every need! Its like being a VIP ! They are superb. I found the staff to be so helpful. Hoping this helps you.

If any seat is in the stalls, then it is on the ground floor. Circle seats are on the higher level. You should be perfectly fine in the stalls. Enjoy the performance. Let’s support our local theatres.

Stall box 6 (SB6) is closer to the stage than SB5, it is to the right when looking out from the stage. Seat 6 and 7 are middle row with 5 seats in front and 4 to your left. You will have a very good view, hope this helps, enjoy.

Hi. From my experience of visiting the Royal and Derngate once seated the staff would be ok to allow you to move seats if you have restricted view or they are not suitable for other reasons. Enjoy your visit to the theatre.

You can eat before the show and bring in snacks and drinks from the bar to shows.
