Very good farm,but a power cut occurred-therefore most exhibits couldn't work.I loved the views of the spa hotel behind the dino area.The dino area is where you can dig up plastic fossils and skeletons.
When you go into the toilets,the room is really dirty and awfully smelly.Apart from that, it was a good day here, especially the things in the gift shop. Yo can buy so many cool things! But they have really bad cleaners for tables in the restaurant and cafè. No bird poop was on the tables outside,strangely.

Many thanks for your review and I am pleased that you enjoyed your visit.
I am really sorry about your experience on Saturday, for which I can only apologise. The power cut was at the Scottish & Southern Electricity (SSE) substation and was completely out of our control. We had a lot of people booked in on that day, as it was the first day of a major event, but nothing was working in admissions, café or around the site and our staff did their best in an exceptionally difficult and quite stressful situation. Although initially SSE told us that power would return at 11:30am, it actually didn’t return until 1:30pm.
This did have knock-on issues with table cleaning, etc, as our staff were trying to deal with large numbers of customers using pen and paper and cash, with only limited food available.
Everything is back to normal now, I am pleased to say. I do hope you will visit us again when all the attractions (and cafe!) are fully working. All the best.

From the unfriendly welcome when paying, to the dirty cafe with 1 member of staff serving with no apologies of the long wait. We seem to be a inconvenience for her.
We then proceed to follow the map to what I can only describe as cheap tacky & again dirty characters stuck in the ground.
We could not wait to leave & definitely not worth the entry fee.

Fairytale Farm offers a great day out for couples with children. Our daughter loves feeding the animals and seeing the dinosaurs. There’s also a lovely cafe for a quick bite to eat, or soft play just in case it’s a little cold or your children want to be indoors.
The farm also offers animal petting and feeding which is a must!
Very pleasant and friendly staff also make this a great attraction and experience.

We visited Fairytale Farm on Monday 17th February and had a great time.
My 5 year old son loved the play garden and the dinosaur walkway. It was great how the craft tent was put on to keep the little ones entertained and the face painting went down a treat!
A really good 3 hours spent 🥰

Fairytale Farm is a lovely place to visit. My daughter has additional needs and the staff always go above and beyond with her. With animals, activities, playgrounds and a wonderful fairy den it’s a wonderful place for her to be able to explore, have fun and feel comfortable. Thank you Fairytale Farm

Great family day out at a great price! Even with it being half term. And February, Loads of activities to keep the kids entertained all day. Great staff warm welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be returning. 100% worth the visit if your in the area.

We had the best day at Fairytale Farm (even in the rain and cold) so much to see and do, we ended up going round the farm twice! The kids enjoyed it so much and the dino disco was one to remember! The staff are so kind throughout. Deffo worth a visit. Thank you!

My granddaughter loves fairytale farm, will be bringing her little sister when it’s a bit warmer.

Brilliant day. Grandsons aged 5 and 3 had a wonderful time. Love the layout and the little map to ensure that you saw everything. Crafts were excellent. Food good. Very busy but staff were delightful there. Thank you for a day of fun

Great day out, lots of fun for the kids, we went half term with the Dinosaurs theme and my 18 month old grandson had a great time.

Due to the close contact with the animals, we allow only guide dogs into the Farm Park.

Yes, all attractions are free once you have paid to enter. We only charge extra for certain special events such as Santa's Grotto at Christmas.
