Fab store in Sheffield, well worth popping in if you’re in Sheffield. The staff are superb and very willing to help. Ask them for tips on things to do around Sheffield! Great quality stock too, ethically made and make great Sheffield / Yorkshire gifts

I went looking for a cap and left with 3 things! They have very good quality cotton for the sweatshirts, and if you want a souvenir of Sheffield they are great. I recommend it

As I was in Sheffield I had to check out the number 1 place to go shopping in the city. It's in Devonshire Street and really close to Devonshire Green and not far from City Hall.
The chap behind the counter gave me a friendly greeting and after having a chat with him I came away with a T-shirt and two hats. It was buy two get one free so I was happy to pick up a bargain.
They have lots of really cool clothes with different styles and logos.
If you like something a little different then this is a great place to come and get some great togs!

Fantastic shop - The quality of all items are 2nd to none. Very impressed.

Got some great quality t-shirts and no doubt I'll buy some more at some point. Fantastic customer service. I'd struggle to find anything at all negative to say.

The Alternative Store is a truly independent clothes shop and a Sheffield institution. The famous 3 for 2 offer runs throughout the store on a range of garments and accessories. I bought two pairs of sunglasses, one pair of earrings and three T-shirts. I will be returning in future for a Hoodie some pants and a hat. If I had more time, I would have explored their range of jewellery further. I also like the vintage stock that they have at the back of the store.

Great customer service given by Stu. Only popped in to look at their jewellery selection but ended up buying a few T-shirts as the quality was clearly brilliant and some really cool designs. He walked me through all the different fits as they had 4 different fits of tshirt, let me try anything on I needed to, gave me advice on styling them + washing them. He even knocked money off a piece of jewellery as I was undecided on which to pick and he could tell I liked both, so I ended up getting both. Really chatty bloke, clearly passionate about the products in his store and good quality clothing.
