My daughter just had her birthday party here. Positives were that the play structure is brilliant and the children had a blast, it’s clean, customer service prior to the party was great and I think the party packages are good and reasonably priced. I felt I had to take a star off though (and thought about taking 2 off) as when we arrived, less than 10 minutes before the party, staff were still a bit funny about letting us in to set up. I arrived with my parents and sister and 3 children, so admittedly there were quite a few of us but it was only around 7/8 minutes till the party and we had a lot to carry with party bags, ballons, cake etc. I was told I’d be allowed in the room up to 15 minutes before the party when I rang to check. They let a few of the adults up but not my children, including the birthday girl. I thought that was really odd. They also didn’t greet my daughter at all or say happy birthday but were quite abrupt. One of my adult guests later asked “do the staff here ever smile?” another said she was snapped at when she asked to get out to the toilets. The one child in our group who needed gluten free food was only given a few chicken nuggets and there was no gluten free brownie for her (they did give her ice cream instead). I wouldn’t have minded if I’d known this as I would have brought some other food for her. As it was a lot of our friends first time here I felt quite embarrassed by these things! The children really did have fun though and we’ve always really liked it here on previous visits.

Absolutely love this place, we have been as a family loads of times my kids love it, it's clean, the food is great and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend to anyone to go you won't be disappointed

We had a lovely morning playing today. I have taken my children to most local soft plays and found this to be the most enjoyable and cleanest by far! Staff were welcoming and there were lots of tasty food options. My daughter rated it her favourite play place to visit! We will definitely come again.

My kids love it here when bringing them for a treat

Great place for kids to play. Spotlessly clean. Good food selection.Linda is fab with the kids. Would definitely visit again.

To be fair it’s not a bad place to bring your little ones for a bit of cheap fun. The only 2 things I had an issues with is one of the staff members was rude to us because we got there a little early (Tall blonde girl with grey hoodie ) and the only other thing was the cost of a child’s drink (fruit shoot) and a packet of crisps (quavers) cost £2.55 which was really over priced. I will bring my son again but will bring a drink from the local shop

Upon arrival we realised we had booked for the wrong day, however the manager at reception was very understanding and allowed us to stay. We were extremely grateful and would have been left with two very sad children if we were turned away, even though it was a mistake on our part! We had food and drinks which were freshly made and well priced. Overall very happy and welcoming staff always make the experience better!

Visiting the area and popped by as the weather has been awful.
This is a great little place for the babes. Ours is 2 and was perfect. Everything was in great working condition, like the blowy air ball and toddler screen plays. The slide was a good size and he was able to climb up himself. He can't in any others we have been to.
If was fun and did what we needed it to do. Reasonable cups of tea and a cheeky side of chips. Thanks. :)
